1st day, 1st cleaning cycle. Water was clean and clear except for a some green pollen or algae settled on the floor. I'm very impressed with the flow and filtering. Seems like the filter caught most of it. Floor is now clean, water is still clear. I had to flush the filter two or three times to clean out the green. Never going back to a corded unit. This is much better than my Dolphin.

What an amazing vacuum. Bought this for my father because with him being elderly vacuuming, the pool has just become too much. We’re so nice to watch him sit there as it went around the pool, climbing the walls and cleaning up everything it cleaned a 37,000 gallon pool in about four hours great suction the rotator squeegee cleaned off all the algae. It also picked up the very fine things that you don’t see the two basket feature in this is phenomenal. I highly recommend.

I have been testing out the Gosvor LiteVac G1 Pool Vacuum, and it feels like a really solid addition to our pool maintenance. The setup is straightforward, and the 15.2-pound weight makes it very easy to handle when lowering it into the water or pulling it back out. It navigates the pool floor smoothly in my initial tests, though it is not yet pool season, so the real test is yet to come. The double filtration system seems effective at trapping both fine debris and larger leaves, leaving the water visibly clearer. The battery life is another high point, providing plenty of runtime to cover a large pool surface thoroughly on a single charge. The smart navigation and app integration seem well designed on initial testing, allowing you to monitor the cleaning progress and manage settings without much hassle. For anyone looking to simplify their pool upkeep, I feel like this vacuum offers great value and dependable performance comparable to more expensive models. This was meant to replace my Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus, and the LiteVac gets a lot right—just not the part that matters most. The good: Weight and handling: The LiteVac is dramatically lighter than the Dolphin. That alone makes daily use easier—dropping it in, pulling it out, carrying it to charge. Filter capacity: The oversized basket is excellent, and the included fine‑filter cover is a real plus. It holds a surprising amount of debris. App connectivity: Bluetooth works reliably for battery status and firmware updates. As expected, you can’t control anything underwater, but the basics are covered. Build quality: Surprisingly solid. Nothing feels cheap or fragile. No tether: After years of dealing with the Dolphin’s cable, having a cordless unit is a breath of fresh air. Seems to always park itself near a wall when it needs to be charged. If the story ended there, this would be an easy recommendation. Where it falls apart: The manufacturer claims it can clean 2,153 sq. ft. in a single cycle. My pool’s cleanable surface area is roughly 1,700 sq. ft., and after four full cycles over three days, it still hasn’t achieved full coverage. To be fair, I opened the pool recently, so there’s plenty of dirt, leaves, and pine needles. But even accounting for that, the coverage pattern is inconsistent. The bigger issue is climbing performance. The LiteVac simply doesn’t generate enough downward pressure or traction to reliably climb slopes. I can watch the tracks slip as it tries to transition from the floor to the angled walls. What’s odd is that it has managed to climb a vertical wall once or twice, which suggests the hardware might be capable—but the software doesn’t seem to apply the extra power when it’s actually needed on inclines. Bottom line: There’s a lot to like here, and for smaller pools or owners who only care about floor cleaning, this could be a solid, budget‑friendly option—especially at roughly half the price of a tethered Dolphin. But for larger pools or anyone who needs reliable slope and wall performance, the LiteVac just doesn’t deliver consistent results.

I went into this expecting a typical mid-range pool robot, but after a few runs it’s clear this one is a step up in a lot of ways. It’s very easy to get going—charge it, drop it in, and it gets right to work without much fuss. I like that it’s cordless, which alone removes a lot of the usual hassle. Cleaning performance is solid overall. It handles the floor well and does a good job climbing walls and hitting the waterline, which is something cheaper units tend to struggle with. The suction is stronger than I expected, and the dual filtration setup really helps with fine debris. After a cycle, the water looks noticeably cleaner, not just “picked up the big stuff” clean. The weight is another big plus. At around 15 pounds, it’s easy to lift out, even when wet. The top-load basket is simple to access, though I do think it could be a bit larger if you’re dealing with a lot of leaves. Battery life is good but not perfect. It can run long enough to cover most pools in one go, but if you want a really thorough clean on a larger pool, you’ll probably be using most of the charge. I also found the navigation to be effective overall, but not always perfectly consistent—sometimes it misses small sections and relies on multiple passes to get everything. The app is a nice addition for changing modes and settings, but it’s limited to use when the unit is out of the water, so don’t expect real-time control while it’s running. Overall, I’d call this a strong 4-star option. It cleans well, is easy to handle, and saves a lot of manual work. It’s not flawless—mainly in basket size and runtime consistency—but for the price and performance, it’s a good value and a noticeable upgrade from basic pool vacuums.

I’ve had a number of pool robots in the last several years, and this one is on par with the better mid to upper range ones I’ve used. I’ve only been using it a few weeks so can’t speak to the long term reliability, but so far it’s a solid little machine. - It has successfully pulled in both fine silt, leaves, and everything in between without issue. - It was able to climb my concrete pool wall with ease straight out of the box. - The fit and finish of the robot looks and feels like a quality made product. - The basket is easy to take out and clean. - The ultra-fine filter works well, in fact, I used it as part of pre-season cleanup when my pool was still dirtier than it ever would be during swimming season, and that poor fine filter was packed.. In hindsight, I’ll likely only use it once I’ve got things already fairly clean. - Setup was easy once I used the proper app. The manual had a QR code for the Aiper app, which did not work for me, as it wouldn’t recognize the barcode of my Gosvor robot. I spent a fair amount of time trying to get that to work and was mentally writing a scathing review, then found elsewhere (I think the quick start sheet?) that had a QR code for the Gosvor app, which worked flawlessly first try. - I was pleasantly surprised that the manual appeared to be written by somebody with a solid understanding of the english language and was easy to understand. - The battery and motor have a 24 month warranty (per pg 24 of the manual)
