When I read reviews for this before buying, I was hesitant but they didn't seem like deal breakers to me so took the plunge and am glad I did. All boxes came on the same day and were very well packaged. They were both strapped and massively taped. As for assembly, I posted photos of what I did. Included in the box is a large sheet with numbered squares with each piece on it. I made a copy of the back and cut each out and taped it to each piece. It made assembly much easier. The pulleys are the hardest but just take your time. And I am a 60 year old but fit female and the 100 lbs are way way more than most people will need. Very very good set up for the price!

I've had this for a couple of years now, it worked great until last night when the cable that lifts the weights snapped. Where can I get a replacement?

It does all the exercises I wanted it for. The instructions for putting it together were good up until the pulley system. It was time consuming to assemble but easy enough. The chest press bars are not as wide as I would like. I'm 5'7" and it's not wide enough to fully engage all the areas I would like on the chest press. For the price I would say it is a good investment for getting a decent lift as an at home daily option.

Great home gym it comes with 100 pounds which is more than I need. The machine has a small footprint which is what I needed. I received the weights first so I contacted customer service and they provided me the tracking number for the machine. Highly recommend for someone looking for a machine that can do multiple exercises and fits in a smaller space.

It seems they sent second hand stuff. Upon assembling this gym, we spotted slight cracks in the weights. Multiple scratches on the body also. If it was going in the garage I would have sent it back. The instructions need vast improvement. They do not explain the how to do certain things. I was left to study pictures and figure things out myself. I want to get in touch with the manufacturer for the weight replacements. Also if you are a short person like me, 5'2", don't buy this, the butterfly attachment is geared for tall people. Otherwise it's okay.

Lots of pieces, but my husband was able to assemble it with the instructions and a little patience. Works just fine for my husband and daughter who like toning. Good size, not too big. Comes with 9 weights at 10 pounds each.
