When I read reviews for this before buying, I was hesitant but they didn't seem like deal breakers to me so took the plunge and am glad I did. All boxes came on the same day and were very well packaged. They were both strapped and massively taped. As for assembly, I posted photos of what I did. Included in the box is a large sheet with numbered squares with each piece on it. I made a copy of the back and cut each out and taped it to each piece. It made assembly much easier. The pulleys are the hardest but just take your time. And I am a 60 year old but fit female and the 100 lbs are way way more than most people will need. Very very good set up for the price!

It does all the exercises I wanted it for. The instructions for putting it together were good up until the pulley system. It was time consuming to assemble but easy enough. The chest press bars are not as wide as I would like. I'm 5'7" and it's not wide enough to fully engage all the areas I would like on the chest press. For the price I would say it is a good investment for getting a decent lift as an at home daily option.

The packaging was terrible, just asking for trouble. Weights came in torn boxes just hanging on the wrapping, the heavier box all taped up. The cushioned handhold for one of the butterflies has an inch long slice in it underneath. It's not a bother, but more insulting that it's there. When I got the main box, washers were loose all over the box, and unfortunately about 20 big washers were missing. I had to improvise with my own. Actually some still aren't on, so I have to stop at a DIY and get some more so I can redo some of the assembly. The product works great, although I found that putting some pads between the weights greatly quiets the clump you get from plastic on plastic. Otherwise seems to work pretty well. I'm satisfied to a 3, but for a 4 it would have had to be a problem-free assembly. Update February 2024: Doesnt change the rating, but just popped a cable a few days ago, and discovered not only that Goplus has no parts once out of warranty, but the cables theyre using are non-standard cables. The butterfly cable that broke was 120", but the standard marketvcable is 118". This required some imagination to fix, but it was fixable by adding a new carabiner to the tension chain, which vwala added 2" more to the gym cable assembly.

This machine offers biceps pull feature, but if you add too much weight , when you pull, the whole thing is pulled backwards. Theres no support in the back for avoid the machine to tilt backwards. It is annoying coz the advertisement says and shows picture that it effortless. Check others machines, this will be frustrating as biceps is a very important part of the exercise! Cant even return or request for a refund as i threw away the boxes!

Great home gym it comes with 100 pounds which is more than I need. The machine has a small footprint which is what I needed. I received the weights first so I contacted customer service and they provided me the tracking number for the machine. Highly recommend for someone looking for a machine that can do multiple exercises and fits in a smaller space.
