I liked the comfort and design, it was also easy to assemble, and use the vibration feature. One small thing is that the leg rest is kind of short for a tall person like me so I just cross my legs on it or just not use it.

I like the chair its really nice and I love the recline. I love the fact that I have a foot rest that extends. The only complaint I have is when I sit for long periods of time it starts to get uncomfortable. I notice that my ankles and feet begin to swell when I am sitting in it majority of the day. I did an unboxing but chickened out putting online. However, the chair is a great buy just for me it is not giving me the cushion in the seat I was really hoping for. I am an average size lady that is short in stature. About 5'0 tall. Overall, I think it's a nice chair that I'll keep for a while and may consider getting something with more of a padded cushion. So if you are looking for something with more cushion, this may not be the chair for you, however, it's nice looking and it serves its purpose.

My husband let me pick this chair out for our new "office" area where he spends most of his time gaming, and me scrolling around on Insta or Etsy. I'll start with the positives first. 1. The pink is pretty. 2. It reclines. 3. The cord for the back massager is a nice length so that we have no issues with the cord being too short. Negatives. 1. It has a VERY narrow seat. Unless you're stick thin, it hurts to sit in for more than half an hour. The sides of the seat are raised at a sharp 90* angle so the outside sides of your thighs will hurt after a little while of just merely sitting in this chair. 2. The massager stays off most of the time bc it's so loud. The vibration is quite annoying also and does nothing to soothe our backs. 3. The foot recliner is WAY too small. I'm 5'5" and half of my lower legs still hang off of it. I regret purchasing this but will not be returning it just for the mere hassle of taking it all apart again and mailing it back. We'll probably try and sell it then buy a more comfortable chair at a later date.

I love this chair! I Was really worried I wouldn’t be able to put it together, but it was actually really easy. The chair is heavy over 50 pounds and really well built. It does not roll when I don’t want it to and does roll easily when I do want it to. It is very comfortable I have spent a whole day gaming in it and was comfortable the whole time. The foot rest is not very long and I have long legs that is the only downside. Also when the footrest is out the chair does tip forward just a little. I have tightened the tilt screw underneath and it still tilts a little but not too badly to make it uncomfortable. Overall this is a very sturdy well built and comfortable chair and I highly recommend it for gaming, hone office or remote school learning. It is exactly what I wanted for a great price!

Go plus is absolutely Aces in my book. I ordered 2 chairs and they were delivered separately for whatever reason. The 2nd chair fell victim to porch pirates. (A practice that should be punished with tarring and feathering). And GoPlus never batted an eye and sent out a replacement chair which I made sure I was home to receive. And just like the 1st chair it is top notch. From head to toe this chair is worth every penny of the modest asking price. The only fault I can find is the foot rest. It’s not really made for larger people. But hey if u need the foot rest your gaming way to much!!!! Thank u GoPlus. 👍🏻

I got this chair around 1 st of March, by end of May the hydraulics will not hold up. The chair says it supports up to 330 max I'm under that so that is not true. The chair tilts forward and the adjustments will not fix. It is not as comfortable as they advertise I have had to put a cushion in chair. With hip issues this chair is too hard.
