The media could not be loaded. I bought this lawnmower about six months ago and used it maybe ten times on a very small lawn (roughly 5 × 15 meters). It was a budget option, so I didn’t expect miracles — just something simple that works. But during the last use, it suddenly started to smell burnt and emit smoke. The blade was turning freely, nothing was clogged — clearly a motor issue. Customer support? A joke. • No refund, no replacement, no spare parts. • Just a 5% discount on a future order — which I found insulting and refused. I’m honestly very disappointed. I ended up buying a used mower from my neighbor for $20, and it works way better than this one ever did. Conclusion: Even for a budget mower, this is unacceptable. If it gives up after just a few light uses, what’s the point? Save your money — or at least buy used.

I luv this little mower. Shocked at first cuz it was so lightweight and small. But it works great for me. I have a few deep slopes and I was able to go down without the maching dragging me down, easy to pull back up. Easiest asembly for this G-ma. Up and ready to go in minutes. I luv the basket bin rather than a heavy bag. Sure I have to stop and empty it more but with the electric quick start, I am off and going again in seconds. Dragging a cord is not for everybody but I don't mind, just feels like I am vacuuming my lawn..lol

I like this little lawn mover. It is light weight and easy to manuever. I am a senior citizen and have had multiple knee surgeries. This made keeping the lawn up much easier. However the pins that hold on the wheels are crap. Easy fix I used safety pins.

Do not buy! I should have returned it when cheap plastic decorative wheel caps proved just that - cheap and worthless. But hey, who needs decorative wheel caps when the point is mowing the lawn? The 3rd use, in as many months, taking care to clean mower after each use, and use it as described in the manual, which I read with diligence, I plugged it in and the motor seized. I tried to return or get refund. You can't get thru to anyone. Customer service doesn't exist. Not even technical support... All links are non functional. All calls to manufacturers default to recordings connected to a voice message blaming covid for long waits, then promptly disconnect. It's a wasteland of silence and hopelessness. A scam, that results in a disposal bill and yet another piece of trash for the dump. Amazon has lost my trust. Manfacturer, well, i won't be buying their products. Time to return to buying local. The convenience promised is just too costly. This product and manufacturer doesn't even deserve 1 star. More like a poop emoji.
