These slippers are average, they are well constructed, but hard and not shock absorbing. Skechers have gone down in quality over the last 10 years. These have memory foam, but it's very thin and the sole of the slipper is very hard, so there isn't any shock absorption. I'm hoping they get a little softer with time. They run a little long, I usually wear size 9 in a closed shoe and purchased the 8.5 and they are still a bit long. If you plan on wearing them barefoot, I would go down a full size, unless you have a wide foot. My foot is narrow to average and they fit in that respect. ... show more

I thought the Skecher name would mean better quality. The slippers are soft and the cushion was supportive for a few weeks, but now feels like walking without much cushion at all. There must be a better option.
