I wanted to like this lock but from beginning I had issues. It installed fine, only to find out I needed to rotate the lock for my door style (Took it back apart to rotate lock shaft). Now the frustrating part, how to consistently enter the administration menu is beyond me. Pressing * and # should be easy, it's not. Once I got into the menu I added a code and my finger print. After so many attempts to enter the menu and it locks out with an audible alarm. To pair it with the software you have to enter the menu again. The software only allows for monitoring and entering 1 manual code, you can't update finger prints or access the locks admin from the app, it's not useful. Returned this lock out of frustration.
