I have been taking Goli Ashwagandha for about three week now and I simply love it. I order this product just because I have been stress alot and needed something natural that would help me with my stress level. And baby when I tell you this product does the job. I had been taking it by the dosages that is on bottle which is 2 gummies twice daily. I was relax all the way down, until I barley keep my eyes open. This dosage had me so drownes and sleeping. One night I slept for 10 hours and that was good for me. Now I'm taking one gummy in the morning and one gummy at night and it still works. The taste is wonderful, they taste more like candy to me.
