These are nice lights. The metal housing is a brushed gold and seem very quality build. I was a bit confused about the bulbs at first, but after seeing how easy they are to plug and play, I'm sold. It is great that these bulbs can be replace, unlike any other similar light that have non-replaceable bulbs. These become the best choice for long term use if you ever needed to change them out. But at only 6 watts of power consumption, these are very affordable in the long term. These are hard wired, and if you have ever hard wired a light fixture, these are very easy to install. They are designed to move the sconce around to point it where you need. But the hinge is rather stiff and somewhat limiting. This little baby (literally) spotlight sconce is fantastic for a reading light. Its small in stature but actually puts off quite a bit of light for the LED that it holds.
