This was great to use in a sudden rainstorm to keep 2 adults 2 backpacks and a large dog dry. We were able to quickly set up to sit under and eat our lunch in relative comfort. DOWNSIDE needs a larger bag to go back into. At home sure I can layout and roll tight; on the trail in the woods in a rainstorm it needs to stuff into a bag no one's got time to fold and roll in the elements. I would definitely buy this again but also buy a larger bag to store it in! ... show more

This is the second one I’ve ordered (the first is still in perfect working order) I ordered a second for camping purposes as I was happy with the performance of the first one. Excellent for multi purpose uses, as a bushcraft camper these are really great ! Good price, versatile, and durable. I just received this tarp and have yet to try it out since the ground is still snow-covered. But my first experience with this tarp is very positive! It is sturdy and well-made. What attracted me to it was the large number of tie-downs on it. And all the stakes and tie-down lines were very well made. Overall, I am impressed with this product! First off, I think this tarp is nearly perfect in just about every category for my purposes: generous size, lightweight, high quality, durability, highly rain and wind proof, great number and location of tie outs too. It comes with high quality aluminum pegs, high vis cordage and nice carrying bags. This thing performed admirably in steady rain and light wind for hours the first time I used it - except for one spot along a seam. This dripped pretty steadily and got some gear wet. Too bad would have been a 5 star for sure. Now I have to figure out how to repair it. Still recommended with slight reservations... ... show more
