These metal tent stakes work fine for their purpose. They are 9" long and not easy to bend However, both straight and curved ends of all the metal stakes are cut very sharp. Used these to tie down chicken wire fencing. They are very well made and sturdy. Liked that they are 9 inches long. Tapped into ground with small rubber mallet and they are doing a good job keeping fencing anchored to ground. These are similar to tie down stakes that came with some outdoor Christmas decorations but are much sturdier so will use these instead of the older flimsy 7 inch ones.
