These stakes are absolute units. The thick, durable steel and sturdy V-shape design inspire confidence. I've used them in soft soil, sand, and gravel, and they hold like a dream. They're a massive upgrade from the flimsy, bendy wire stakes that come with most tents. The included carry bag is a nice touch, and the bright orange tops make them easy to spot when packing up. So why four stars? While they are tough, they aren't magically immune to the laws of physics. I managed to bend one when trying to hammer it into very rocky, unyielding ground. To be fair, any stake would have likely lost that battle. For 90% of conditions, these stakes are overkill in the best way possible. They're reliable, durable, and excellent value. Just be sensible and don't try to drive them into a literal boulder. Highly recommend for car campers and festival-goers!

A must for outdoor Christmas inflatables! We put up several inflatables in our yard and the stakes that come with them are not usually suitable for holding them secure throughout the season and the changing weather. These were the best! They never pulled out of the ground, the ropes did not slide off the top. The orange color made it easy to find in the yard. Wish we had discovered these a couple years ago. We did purchase a few packages and it was worth every cent. If you need to stake something down, keep these easy to find, well made stakes on hand.
