I'm soooo glad I purchased this! I was looking for a GOOD edge control that'll arrive QUICKLY and took a chance on this. My go to edge control is Arcani Coil care and it's amazing! I just didn't feel like waiting on shipping. This one is just as good! And it smells amazing. I see ppl complaining about it leaving white residue. To be honest, idk one edge control that doesn't leave a little residue. Just spray water on it to dampen it, and brush it lightly with a hard bristle brush. Spray some oil sheen and Boom! Gone! You may not even have to reapply the edge control after doing that. But I definitely recommend this edge control. It worked really good and last the entire day. I didn't even have to apply any the next day. I literally dampened my edges and brushed it. They still looked good as new.

First time trying this and I'm so glad I did! The wrap by itself is worth everything! This wrap is the best thing to ever lay my hair down! The brushes are great, not too hard. The edge control is a 9 out of 10. It didn't flake at all but the more you use, the more it weighs down your hair. It's definitely worth the buy. This is one of the best edge controls I've ever used. This package comes with the head wrap, two brush/comb combos, the edge control and a purse size edge control! You can't beat that! And the products are good!!!

This edge control does hold (even real 4c edges), but it also leaves a residue even though I used this in freshly washed hair without any product in it. I would like this to the Murray's extreme hold edge wax - great product, holds 4c hair.

For all the ladies looking for an edge tamer and style holder, that is lightweight but does it’s job properly, I absolutely loooooooove this product. I am a NHCS and it has been a fiasco finding an edge control that will lay my hair and my clients edges, of various hair types. I used this and my edges are still laid on day 3…even through washing my face, scratching my hair and my hair tie coming off. My hair type is 3c/4b for reference. My edges are fine. As with all products, test a small amount before going crazy.😌. The product is not tacky, smells nice and is lightweight, however the hood is serious so be careful with the super fine edges because the hold is true. lt also laid my hair down for a pony tail. This is my new Holy Grail of edge control and without that white buildup. I will be ordering more scents to try due to the scent being mild. I have the pineapple. I've purchased the lock and twist feel product from this company before and it actually helped my edges that were thinning, start to thicken. Also my hair was growing. I used this here on the next purchase months later and I am very disappointed, heart broken even when I saw i could literally pull hair from my scalp with no effort at all it was literally coming from the roots. I'm not one to mix many different products because I don't know how the ingredients will react together. I also wear a protective hairstyle. So when using this product and seeing these results when I washed my hair I was shocked. I don't know what ingredient is different from the braid and lock gel but I will never purchase this again. Not that it matters because no product ingredients should cause your hair to fall out on this amount. After a year of growing and thickening my hair with a great castor oil shampoo and conditioner combo, it was all for nothing after using this product. The picture doesn't even show the full hair loss, some went down the drain before I noticed what was happening. Very poor product. It will have your edges laid and slayed, but to what consequence?? I would never recommend to anyone.

****UPDATE**** - 2/3/24: I was sent a replacement after being in contact with customer service. They were so helpful and made me feel good about shopping with them. They also gave me a tip to make sure the lid is closed tightly, just in case. I’m changing my rating from a 2 to 5. I appreciate them taking the time out to contact me. Thanks Goiple!! I love Goiple hair products but this particular scent/batch has something wrong with it. I am not sure what is in it but since I’ve had it for a couple of months — I am unable to reach support which is kind of disappointing. As you can see I have been using it but today I opened my jar to this and I was too nervous to use so I threw it out. I like the strawberry scent but wanted to try something new. So this is my first time trying pineapple. My strawberry one doesn’t have whatever this is in it and it’s set to expire a month earlier? I use both pretty frequently and no changes to the storage location.
