For years this leave in conditioner has been a favorite of me and my girls. Its lightweight. Not greasy. Spreads nicely without needing much at all. I have very long hair and a little over a quarter size is all I use.. and I could get by with less probably but I get tangles and scared to risk breaking my hair brushing them out. Overall I love this product. Great value for the price (it was 2 bottles for just under $6) and good quality. It’s not sticky or greasy. Smells so delicious, like fresh apples. It doesn’t appear to have any effect until about 12-24 hours after a hair wash, but after that my hair looks and feels REALLY good. I feel a little disappointed in that aspect, because I’m still looking for a product that would have an immediate effect so as to prevent damage. Using MORE of the product didn’t help haha—made my hair clump. I’ve noticed it speeds up its effectiveness when I wear a silk bonnet for a couple hours after my hair is dry.
