It made her hair feel soft & smell good but as far as toning- I didn't notice a difference in the look. The Brass to Sass is a very light blue, not much pigment, but I did notice my hands had a light blue tint to them after application. It says to use a pea sized amount but I have long hair and that didn't cover but a tiny section of hair, so I had to use more. My roots are the brassiest and this made them feel gummy and heavy. It made the rest of my hair feel oily and dry at the same time. I had to rewash and condition. It did not tone any brass out, but it was only the first use. Not sure if it takes several applications to see a difference but I don't like how my hair feels with this product. Felt like my hair was just full of gunk. Maybe it was too much but the suggested use was not enough to work through all my hair ... show more
