I have tinnitus and hearing loss from previous military service. I usually just deal with it and say "what" a million times a day. I tried these hearing aids out to see if it would help me out in normal daily activities or conversations. While the enhancement was noticeable, all sounds were amplified, not just conversations. It seems like, with normal hearing, your ears can focus kind of like your eyes can on certain tones or sounds to pick up frequencies necessary. These hearing aids amplify all sounds, which makes things all jumbled in my head. I don't want to hear dishes clattering at full volume, but I do want to hear my wife talking to me. I may be asking too much from this technology. As for fit and use, these come with different silicone tips to fit a variety of ear canals. I tried out the medium and the small tips. I stuck with the medium, though neither fit perfectly. I continually have to push these back into my ears, regardless of which tip I used. These could probably benefit from foam tips that expand to fit the ear canal as an upgrade. These also do not have Bluetooth or connections to my phone or other electronics. I actually LOVE this as I don't have to worry about extra energy going to features I don't use. I think what these hearing aids did did show me is that I will likely get a pair of custom made hearing aids in the future to fit my ears perfectly as I do like hearing things. Overall, I still use these from time to time because they do work.

The image accurately represents the product. I recently tried the Go Prime Digital Hearing Aids for Seniors, and I have mixed feelings about them. These in-ear, rechargeable hearing aids are designed for mild to moderate hearing loss and come with noise reduction and a discreet fit. The first thing I noticed was how comfortable they were to wear, and the discreet design made them barely noticeable. The noise reduction feature worked well in quieter environments, but I found it less effective in noisier settings. The battery life was impressive, lasting up to 30 hours on a full charge, which is great for all-day use. However, I did experience some issues with the sound quality, which occasionally felt tinny and sharp. Adjusting the volume was also a bit tricky, as the controls were not very intuitive. Despite these drawbacks, the affordability and comfort of these hearing aids make them a decent option for those on a budget. While they have some flaws, they could be a good choice for someone looking for an affordable and comfortable hearing aid. I recommend this product.

My father in law has finally conceded that he can't hear as well as he used to but is still stubborn about making an appointment, so we compromised with these! They work well, fit great and he is happy to wear them at home and while out and about since they look like earbuds instead of something that signals he is "old" LOL. This is a solid over-the-counter pair that is making a huge difference in his demeanor and confidence and we are so grateful!

My 96 year old mothers hearing is beginning to fail and the issue seems to be just hard for her to hear well. This is the most simple easy effective pair of hearing aids that I have seen especially for the price. The hearing aids have to be simple to use because I was skeptical that my mother would use the aids. The hearing aids are very small and fit almost completely in the ear canal. The hearing aids come in a nice small charging case with charge indicator lights. When you remove the hearing aids from the case they are automatically on and will be set for the last setting that you chose. There are eight volume level settings and each ear is set separately. When you place the hearing aids back in the charger they will turn off and charge if needed. The charging case will charge the aids about a half dozen times before the case needs re-charging. After about an hour explaining how to use the hearing aids to my mother she easily adjusted the volume for each ear and to my surprise she has continued to use the hearings aids when she is with other people or listening to the TV. The sound level can get quite loud and is very clear. The aids come with three different sizes of silicone in the ear cones to fit different size ear canals and are comfortable. These hearing aids have done a good job at restoring her hearing to a satisfactory level.

These hearing aids do amplify sound, but they are unusable for daily activities. The most annoying aspect is the high pitched feedback any time anything, including your fingers for adjusting, get near the set. They claim to have feedback cancellation and noise reduction but it doesn't seem to be working with the set I got. Anything from a single finger to a phone held up to the ear for use sets off a squeal that varies from just annoying to almost painful, depending on the volume setting at the time. And trying to push the button to reduce the volume is an exercise in self administered pain. I tried only a single side since I have no hearing at all in the opposite ear, but it was enough to convince me to send these back for further development.
