**editing this reviewing because the customer support is top notch! I reached out to let them know about the issue and they immediately sent me 3 new pumps to replace the defective ones and they worked perfectly!** I order this pack of soap quarterly for my kids and it’s great - smells yummy, foams up, works well, doesn’t hurt their eyes - etc - but this last pack I bought, ALL THREE pumps are defective! How does that even happen? It’s impossible to pump and it no longer foams up. What in the heck has happened since the last time I purchased? The pumps on all of the bottles are defective. They don’t pump or pump and then get jammed and leak. We were sent a replacement and those are defective too! A waste of money and 6 bottles. I’m disappointed because we have used this brand of soap for 5 years.

We’ve been using babyganics products since our daughter was born in December, and I love them. I recently opened a new bottle of the foaming shampoo & body wash and after the first few uses, the pump stopped working correctly and was dispensing liquid instead of foam. I contacted babyganics via their website and they responded within 24 hours and said they’d not only send me a new pump but a check to reimburse me for the bottle. my sister has extremely sensitive skin other body wash she uses damage her skin and itches her, this one is nice and great for her it doesn't damage her skin. the sent for the non fragrance is not as good but it doesn't bother as that much. if you're a person who cant stand the smell of non-fragrance then the sent one is one of the best choice ... show more
