Received this and was excited to use it because the reviews were all so good…a few days after I got it, I received a little note in the mail to rate this thing 5 stars and they would send me $50…I find that annoying and dishonest, so I don’t do that stuff but I assume this is what many of the great reviews are. After one use the ground prong fell out of the plug so I couldn’t use it again without risking electrocution. While using it however, I noticed it doesn’t take as much water as I had hoped, and it ran out fairly quickly. You have to wait for all the steam to get out before you can open it to add more water, which is a safety measure. I appreciate that, but it also takes more time. You also have to keep the nozzle super close to whatever you are cleaning in order to get the desired effect. The instructions say this too and it means the steam is not that hot and/or the pressure isn’t great. Overall, I am not impressed with this gadget and will be buying a different one. I really don’t like the review incentive they sent; they can keep their $50 and send me back mine…I don’t love giving bad reviews on things I buy because everyone is just trying to make a living but this thing is not worth 5 stars and there are definitely better steam cleaners available.

I have used this steamer on my long window curtains, a living room chair and my glass sliders on my porch. It is very easy to use. The attachments are great and the long cord too. I love this steamer and wish I bought it sooner. The price is great. I recommend this product.

We need a replacement part and seller can't be reached. Tried through Amazon website and Amazon customer service robot and live person. 35 minutes in, I gave up. GLOIL should stand by their product and publish contact info. Buyer Beware: if you need to replace anything, you can't get through to seller to order.

I tried it on the carpets, the clothes and in the car as well (even on the steering wheel). It’s not too heavy, very convenient to use. I liked that it heats up very quickly, requires less time than it’s stated. And the price is adequate. Good purchase!

Worked great for two days. Convenient to use and good, hot steam to kill fleas. Nice accessories. But third day it was plugged in and red button was up but steam was cold! That might nice sometimes but they advertise hot steam. Returning and very disappointed.
