I dog sat at my niece’s house. They had a set of these knives. Cooking was such a pleasure I bought a set immediately upon returning home. I love them. I have small(er) hands and these knives fit perfectly, my husband who has larger hands also find the fit perfect. Cooking is fun again 😉

These knives are very well made. I can cut veggies and meat with ease. They feel good in your hand. Be careful though because they are very sharp.

Bought as wedding gift delivered to recipient, came with broken honing rod. No support from Global, Amazon, or the vendor. Only option was for recipient to return. Unacceptable for a $600 knife set.
