This knife is like a Ferrari. It makes my other ridiculously expensive knives seem like a truck by comparison. I was able to cut a slice of carrot so thin I can LITERALLY read through it!!! Not even joking! I read some reviews that said it was "dull" and I can't believe they are talking about this knife. It's amazingly sharp! It's a smaller size and perfect for cutting vegetables - which I do a lot since I'm vegan. If I were to take a 3 month trip to a place that had no knives and I had to bring just one knife with me, it would absolutely be this knife. I'd buy more of the same brand since I'm so impressed, but I might not need another knife - ever. If I could give this 10 stars, I would!!!
