I love these chairs. I moved and my new home is open concept and my old barstools didn't work. These were exactly what I wanted. When putting them together, don't tighten bolts until all four bolts in each section are attached. THEN tighten them down. When attaching the seat, do the two longer bolts in the back first and then the two small bolts in front, otherwise, you will never get that fourth bolt in. Again, don't really tighten them until everything is partially attached. I figured this out on the fourth chair! ... show more

Do NOT purchase unless you are 100% sure this product will fit your home needs. Glitzhome will not accommodate your request for exchange or refund if these items don't work. All shipping at your cost which is my mistake for not reading the fine print as a Prime member. Buyer beware!!!!     • Never Got My Refund
I ordered 4 of these stools. They are not sturdy and were not safe for older family members. I paid over two hundred dollars to return them and requested a refund. In the system it says that I was refunded over $600 on 3/10/22. it's 3/31/22 and it still has not been applied to my credit card. Tried to contact the vendor but no luck. At this point I am $800 short and no sign of the company making it right. ... show more
