**10/17/2022**Update. The seller reached out to me and sent me a replacement unit, wonderful customer service. I received the unit one day early , I have not tried it yet but I will update the review at a later date to review the longevity of the heater, perhaps after the winter season. Thank you seller! **Original**-My Co worker and I both bought one of these heaters, I bought mine this past December 2021 today is 08/05/2022, The heater has given out , this is something I use on the rare occasion to warm up my legs when its a bit too cold in my home. The heater no longer turns on. The same thing happened to my coworker within a short period of time, she bought another one thinking maybe the first was defective but it also/already giving her issues and she had this new one for an even shorter period of time.

I purchase this heater for my office in August of last year. It has not been a year and it has gone out already. The office is really cold and it is necessary for me to have something to stay warm. Needless to say, I have to purchase another heater. I would not recommend purchasing this heater if you need it long term on a regular basis.

I've had one like it and used it for years and years under my desk at work. I gave it away to my neighbor cause he was cold all the time. Yes, I missed it and didn't think it was still available, low and behold Amazon had it. The only thing I don't like is; you cannot control the oscillating. My old one I could turn it on/off. This one you cannot if you just want direct heat on your feet, you have to wait for it to oscilate back towards you.

I had originally written a review that it stopped working after a few months, but when I went to test it and show them a video it started working again. I’m using it in a travel trailer so there may have been a power issue. Customer service responded quickly and it seemed to fix itself.
