I tried a couple other smart heaters to replace my Govee heater before trying this one. I'm using it in the bedroom of 5th wheel RV, controls the temperature really well even with the furnace periodically kicking on to heat the basement.     • Thermostat does not work
Ordered this for use in a small less than100 square foot bathroom. Set temperature to desired degree but the thermostat reads air temperature more than 10 degrees higher than actual air temperature, therefore it will not turn on to heat effectively making the heater useless.

    • The built in thermometer is very poor
On the positive side, these heaters are compact, quiet and put out a good amount of heat. If all you need is a heater that you'll control via remote control while you're in the room I can recommend it. The downside is that trying to control the temperature via the "precise" thermostat by using the phone app it's going to be a challenge. For instance, I have (2) independent thermostats in my room as I write this. It's 68 degrees on both. The heater's readout is 76. Wait, now it's 79. If the heater shuts down for a minute, the reading jumps meaning the heat won't come back on when it should. This isn't an isolated problem. I bought (2) of them. The other issue I have, and it's likely only me that has it, is that at night I like to use the fan setting for some white noise and to use the timer to switch to heat in the morning. The app isn't sophisticated enough to do this, you can only program a time to turn the fan off. ... show more
