The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does take a while to heat up a small room. The remote control is SO handy and I am extremely thankful for the safety features. It will immediately shut off when it is knocked over or moved. I also like the "cool-down" feature. It takes a minute to completely shut off when I turn off the power. The fan continues to cool down the unit before it completely shuts off. I have never seen this is a small unit like this. I needed something to take the chill out of a room. This heats up fast, has all the features like timer off, oscillating etc. The tip over feature is good..i picked it up to adjust location and it clicked off immediately. It has a blowing white noise but I actually like that because it reminds me it is on. I had a silent one before and had to turn around on my way to work several times to turn it off. ... show more
