I highly recommend this pressure unless you're using it to pressure wash bulldozers and heavy equipment it is great to have in your shop for normal jobs the biggest thing is you don't have to crank it up untangle the hose and fool with any of that stuff it's ready to go turn it on and it's ready honestly it says 2900 PSI it feels more like 2600 or maybe a little less but still it works great for what it's designed for

Good product but the brass hose fittings are two slippery (when wet) to firmly tighten on the hose bib or hose reel. In other words, the knurling on the fittings is too smooth to be able to adequately grip the fittings to tightly turn for a leak-free fit. You really need to grip hard in order to turn them. I suggest that the factory redesign the fittings to reduce the slipping when tightening and loosening the fittings. Otherwise, the item would have gotten five stars. The hose itself is very durable and is made well.

We have a few of these now. very handy and convenient for small clean up jobs. it's a little noisy but the other features far outweigh the noise. we use these in an industrial environment for small 5-10min cleaning of screens and filters a couple times per day.

Bot in December and then realized I needed power and water run to the mounting area in my garage so just getting it installed. Out of the box all looked good and things were packaged nicely. However once installed the pressure does not hold at all. I have an outlet and 3/4” water pipe run directly to unit and hung at exact height and the thing will not retain pressure. Absolute garbage. Of course I went to call Giraffe and was on hold for 10 minutes before it forced me to leave a message. I would not recommend this product at all.

DEFINITELY NOT A HEAVY DUTY PRESSURE WASHER. Lacks pressure for sure. Great for light duty tasks. Very convenient to have available at a moments notice and does not take up too much space. Installs easily and fast with the right tools. For what you get it’s over priced and if I didn’t already mount it on to my wall I’d probably send it back. Three stars is a fair rating.
