Excellent pressure washer to keep my SplashPad, wade pool, walkways, and deck clean. It was to install and operate. It reduced cleaning time tremendously! The 100’ hose reached both walks in the pictures. I’m thinking about purchasing another one for my shop and dog kennel.

I highly recommend this pressure unless you're using it to pressure wash bulldozers and heavy equipment it is great to have in your shop for normal jobs the biggest thing is you don't have to crank it up untangle the hose and fool with any of that stuff it's ready to go turn it on and it's ready honestly it says 2900 PSI it feels more like 2600 or maybe a little less but still it works great for what it's designed for

I installed this pressure washer in my shop garage (it is heated in the winter so no worries about freezing). The instructions are very clear about not running hot water through the pressure washer. Since I had to run water lines to supply the pressure washer, I put a gate valve on the hot water line so I get luke warm water where the water is mixed. I don't get as much pressure from this pressure washer as I do from my portable gas powered pressure washer, but I don't want that much pressure for washing cars - so this is prefect. I do wish they had a separate wall mountable bracket for the pressure wand so I could mount it to the left of the unit (instead of the built in holder on the right rear of the unit). I currently have a couple of 3" screws in the wall to hold the wand.

I have one of the regular hoses, not the pocket hoses that expand when you turn them on (as I’ve had six or seven of them and continuously get holes in them during them useless). I finally broke down and bought 100 foot regular hose and put it on A hose caddy that spins and I can rewind with the handle. However, I needed something that would connect that hose to my outdoor faucet and this was the perfect size. I can now leave my outdoor spigot on and have water and every time I need it. there has been no leaks and the connections fit nice and tight on both sides. Highly recommend this product and in this length if you have a similar use. If it comes in a longer length, I would highly recommend it as well. Just get some thing to make your reeling of the hose much easier As this type of hose will get twisted and kinked. I however, have never had that problem.

Bot in December and then realized I needed power and water run to the mounting area in my garage so just getting it installed. Out of the box all looked good and things were packaged nicely. However once installed the pressure does not hold at all. I have an outlet and 3/4” water pipe run directly to unit and hung at exact height and the thing will not retain pressure. Absolute garbage. Of course I went to call Giraffe and was on hold for 10 minutes before it forced me to leave a message. I would not recommend this product at all.

DEFINITELY NOT A HEAVY DUTY PRESSURE WASHER. Lacks pressure for sure. Great for light duty tasks. Very convenient to have available at a moments notice and does not take up too much space. Installs easily and fast with the right tools. For what you get it’s over priced and if I didn’t already mount it on to my wall I’d probably send it back. Three stars is a fair rating.

I’ve always been a gas pressure washer guy for the higher pressure. I got this for my dock so I didn’t have to keep dragging my pressure washer down there. It works great for washing bird poop off my dock and mold and mildew off my boats.
