I recently had the opportunity to use the Giraffe Tools Pressure Washer, and while the idea behind the product is fantastic and it performed admirably for the first few days, my overall experience has been less than ideal. Here's a breakdown of my journey with this product: Customer Service: On a positive note, I must commend the customer service team at Giraffe Tools. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and prompt in their communication. Every interaction with them was a breeze, which is a rarity in today's market. Replacement Process: When issues arose with my pressure washer, the replacement process was impressively smooth. The team facilitated the replacements without any hassle, which was a relief during a frustrating situation. Product Performance and Durability: Initially, the pressure washer worked great. The concept is brilliant, and it's evident that when the product works as intended, it can be a valuable tool. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. I received three units in total, and all of them failed in different ways, which was both disappointing and concerning. The first unit's hose broke after just a couple of weeks. The second one ceased working entirely after a few days, and the third one started leaking internally, also after just a few days. It's important to note that I didn't subject the pressure washer to heavy use or anything beyond normal tasks. The recurring issues with each unit suggest there might be underlying design or manufacturing problems that need to be addressed. Final Thoughts: The idea of this Pressure Washer is excellent, and when it works, it's a fantastic tool. However, based on my experience with multiple units failing in various ways, it seems there might be reliability issues with the current version of this product. While the customer service is top-notch and the replacement process is straightforward, the primary purpose of a product is to work reliably, which, unfortunately, was not my experience. For potential buyers, I'd say proceed with caution. The concept and initial performance are promising, but the longevity and reliability seem to be significant concerns. It looks like my search for a durable and reliable pressure washer will have to continue elsewhere. Buyer beware!

This is a good electric pressure washer. The wall mounting and automatic reel are super convenient. The hose has plenty of length. The foam canon worked much better than I expected, but is small (I had to refill it to do an SUV wash). Downsides: the hardware for mounting is pretty awful. There is a wall plate, 4 screws, and anchors. The anchors don’t quite cut it to mount on drywall. I ended up putting two 2x4s into the studs and then mounting the plate with their screws to the 2x4s. Once this was done, it felt solid. Like others mentioned, it’s pretty loud compared to similar electric models. The lead hose is only a few feet long, but is heavy duty. I connect this to my garden hose to supply the unit. Upgrades: I did swap out the sprayer for a McKillens and a swivel connector as well. This helps keep the hose from getting tangled.

JUNK!! JUNK!! JUNK!!! JUNK!!! JUNK!!!! Made with cheap parts!!! Don’t waste your money. You’ll be throwing it away in short time!!! I’ve had it just over 2 years only using it occasionally. I took very good care of it. It worked well then recently just stopped. Upon inspection I found the main drive gears are all completely worn down, a spring keeper inside the pump fell apart, and another piece inside the motor was broken. There are no replacement parts available and customer service said I have to buy a whole new unit! I understand I’m 3 months over warranty but this is clearly a quality issue and they refused to help. Not even offer a discount or credit towards a new one.

I mounted this pressure washer to the fence in the front of my house. Absolutely one of my best investments. This makes cleaning light surface dirt on the house and cars quick and a breeze. Everything is set up and can pull out and retract in seconds. I keep a suds cannon ready to go behind it at all times for fast washing of cars. I was able to wash the entire car in about 5 minutes with putting up the hose. The pressure does seem a little light. I am using the 15º tip to get more force. I do have plenty of water gpm coming into the system.

This is a great product. It is super strong and cleans great. I had to clean my patio and it did the job. It is super easy to use and it is definitely worth my money. The pressure was great. It would not leak, and it works super good. This was definitely a smart purchase. I would highly recommend this product.
