  • Not a durable product for planned use!
Very nice design, great instructions, easy to mount, pressure and power OK, functionally worked great, but not for every day use at all! This was used to cleaning about six full size cooking pans and keeping the floor clean of approximately 300 sqft. This model lasted since April of this year and the last one lasterd about 5 months longer. Internal leakage on both as well as hose failure on the last one. This is the typlical trend with the consumer industry's focus of making everything "consumables". Cheap out on a couple of parts to give you the illusion of durability, so it last just long enough..."damn it broke - oh well I'll buy another one"....hahaha - they got you! Kind of like the car industry, eh? Want a sexy looking washer to accent the sealed floor of your man cave garage? Sure! Not using it but a couple times a year? Sure! Howerver if you have any intentions of cleaning anything more than once a month. Invest in a real pressure washer with HD repairable parts because this is NOT ment for any kind of scheduled use at all. ... show more

  • Works great
Works really great so far, if I were to buy it again I probably would spend the extra money to get one with more pressure, at the same time I sometimes feel like having a pressure washer that generates too much pressure can help you damage your items so maybe it’s just right. My only gripe is that the electrical cord goes into the unit right where you dock the handle which is a poor design choice. Additionally they give you the different tips in a holder that goes on the metal part of the handle. That is kind of hard to slide through the docking area too. Overall it’s great and I would highly recommend. I’ve used mine about five times with hot water only and it works great ... show more

  • customer support
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to make an exception for this one. The product itself is excellent — high quality and exactly as described. I’m very happy with my purchase. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service from the seller (not Amazon support). I had a small issue, and the seller's representative — Grace — handled everything quickly and professionally. What matters is that Grace was incredibly kind, responsive, and resolved my issue within a single day. You don’t get service like that very often! Honestly, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This seller truly deserves it. Thank you again for the great product and even better support! ... show more

  • Causes backflow prevention valve to pop off with every use.
This is a great pressure washer. It's a nice, compact all in one unit that makes it easy to use. BUT, there are some issues. For one, it's very loud for a electric pressure washer. In excess of 98 dB. Second (and this is the bigger issue) it causes the pressure relief/backflow preventer valve on my hose bib to blow off every time I let off the trigger. I'll explain : The unit builds pressure in the hose and, once it reaches a certain pressure, the motor cuts out. When you pull the trigger to get water, the motor runs and you get a constant stream of pressurized water. When you let off of the trigger, pressure builds until the cut out pressure is reached. The problem is, that cutout pressure is higher than the pressure coming out of my hose bib (60psi). SO, my backflow valve blows and sprays water all of my garage. Unless you have a higher system pressure coming out of your hose bib, you will have the same issue. Or you'll have a constant backflow into your water supply (which is bad). Unfortunately, I had to return this as a result. ... show more

  • Love it
Love this thing. Worked great for 3 years then seals started going bad and leaking. Too hard to take apart to fix so bought another. Only advise is to pull out the hose before starting the water.

  • It's very convenient but performance isn't great.
On installation the instructions aren't correct. Do not use a 1/2 drill bit, that size bit is larger than the bolts. I ended up going to the hardware store and but 1/4 inch wing style. It is super convenient to use, just turn it on and pull it out. The pressure is decent but the volume of water is really low. It's good for light work. I will have to keep my other pressure washer for heavy mud and larger jobs. The foam cannon works really well and all the fittings seal up tight. ... show more

  • Should be rebranded to low-pressure washer!
I had high hopes for this 'pressure' washer. I drive through dirt roads almost every day here in Colorado and I was visiting the self-service car wash near home almost every day to keep my truck clean, so this was a no-brainer (or so I thought). I'm a contractor so we own different pressure washers, (including gas powered and hot water) for the business. This pressure washer is advertised as max 2,900psi, so I was expecting maybe 70% of that in real life? Wrong. I tried all of the included nozzles with the long wand and also the turbo nozzle with the short gun they sell (yes, I purchased all of them as a bundle), and pressure is not even close to the max psi advertised (see photos). The short gun with the turbo nozzle puts out around 800psi; the long wand with the included nozzles averages 1,250psi, which is less than half of the adivertised pressure. Also, the current draw from this little thing is crazy, it dims the lights on a 20A circuit! Not even my table saw does that when plugged to the same outlet. It doesn't even remove the dirt around my wheel wells and I have to waste a lot of water (and time) to remove even fresh mud. I would say for the price just invest a little more and buy a Simpson GAS pressure washer (which I also own and it's amazing, just a little inconvenient to set up every time I need it, so I thought this was practical) and a 100' hose reel which you can mount on a wall too. Waste of money! ... show more
