I bought this hose at the end of June, and I initially really liked it – especially the nozzle. But after less than 2 months of light usage - filling water can to water flowers in window boxes - it has split down the middle - water pours out along the sides. I missed the return window, so I need to buy another hose…but not this one again…very disappointed in the quality. UPDATE - changed my rating from a 1 to a 5: The seller contacted me and sent a replacement hose - excellent customer service! ... show more

2024-07-05 Update: Customer support contacted me and is sending me a replacement. Update to 4 stars, 1 off for getting a hole so early. Let's hope it was a fluke. ------ Update: Hose sprung a leak after only 6 weeks of use! Really loved the hose but this is crazy. Contacted customer support. Still waiting to hear back from them. Updated rating to 1 star. ------------- My 1 yr old expandable hose sprung a leak. I decided to give this one a try. I use my hoses very lightly, but on a daily basis - just to water a few plants. However they do see some sunlight when stored (but not a lot), and I'm suspecting that may have degraded the material. Anyway this hose appears much more durable, it's very lightweight, it coils for storage very easily, and its much easier to uncoil and drag around the yard for watering. A nice sprayer as well. I'm projecting that the outer polyester covering will endure the sunlight much better than my expandable hoses do. I've got two other expandable hoses. As soon as they break I plan to replace them with more of this type. My one and only complaint is with the cheap rubber washers they supply with all hoses (including this one). You have to tighten them real well to completely eliminate leaks. I replaced them with silicon washers. They are only a few cents more than rubber washers and work much better. I highly recommend this hose. ... show more
