I'm in a few months into using this its been working fine. Not too bad to assemble was a bit time consuming more parts than expected. Only thing I don't like is the LED on remote it is crazy bright lights up my whole room with bright blue light in the night. I'd recommend this product

Yes, there is some assembly to do but the instructions were on point in every respect and there is nothing difficult about any of it. We purchased a similar adjustable bed frame from a mattress company and paid $800 so this is a good frame for the money. Assembly is definitely a two person job, the shipping box is very heavy and you have to flip the frame during assembly. As far as assembly goes, if you follow the video it’s very easy and parts are all labeled. My only complaints are not much can be stored under the bed due to the mechanisms being lower than shown in the photos and I wish the foot of the frame went a bit higher. I received the bed frame on time, packaging was in perfect condition, opened the package a few weeks later to assemble it, and the parts were didn't fit together. So I requested a refund, they said no problem, but take it to FedEx, they didn't send a qr code for FedEx. So I went twice to FedEx thinking maybe it was sent to FedEx. No, so I've been unable to return the frame and I haven't been paid back for it either. Can't get help through the company or Amazon. So don't buy anything from either company!!! ... show more

It took me and my wife probably a little over three hours to build. We weren’t rushing but it is a lengthy process. The Video and the manual instructions are a little different I recommend having both handy because the video I found has no sound. The manual clarifies some of the hardware needing to be used. The more room you have to work the easier building the bed base will be. We built ours inside our existing bed frame and it was a tight/perfect fit. However the cramped space made it a little difficult to put together. It takes more than one person if you follow the video instructions because you have to flip the frame over a couple of times. At first I was skeptical but once together it looked like the ones in the store. It works great with very smooth operation and is unbelievably quiet. We love it so far. ... show more

The bed will meet minimal needs, maybe that is why it is so...cost efficient. The lumber used to make the frame appears to be a 1×4, making the frame feel unsturdy and unstable. Upward pressure and support needs to be applied to elevate the head of the bed. Adjustability of the foot of the bed is very limited. It will do for now, but replacement of this product with the same model is unlikely. The shipment arrived without the mechanics to adjust the bed. There were no issues with acquiring the replacement parts and the manufacturer was prompt in responding to request and needs.
