Battery was weak and having to use jumper cables to start. Have a parasitic draw that I need to fix but until then I got this and was surprised how easy it is to use and how good it works. Like the case for storing everything and its simply plug in adapter on side and connect to battery. The adapter has a red and green led light in it. When it turns green you are good to try starting vehicle... in my case a V8 3/4 ton truck. Built in light is handy when trying to use at night.

I am so happy with the purchase. I have an audi a3 2006. I bought this so I could jump my car if needed. As soon as the cold weather came in my car battery just died. It's not often but I was prepared. I had charged it overnight. It worked in seconds. I waited about 30 seconds after hooking it up on the battery. It started up. I am amazed at how well this charger worked and it's so small. Best tool in my car!

I ordered six of these for the men in my family for Christmas. Everyone but one person got the same charger jump pack. Does know how the heck that happened. Two guys used them in the cold spell the Midwest was in. They loved the unit. Worked the way it should.

We have 3 of these, 1 for each gas car we have and wouldn’t be without them after we once came home from a relaxing trip to find our car dead in the airport parking. The price is totally worth the peace of mind you get from having one of these. I don’t want any of my kids waiting on the side of the road asking for a jump or stranded somewhere bc they had a slow drain from a light left on or something. It’s so simple to use and you don’t need another car to get yours working. 5 out of 5 on this! Nice packaging and simple plug and play type use. Hope this helps. Unfortunately I did not need to use the unit until the after the return period. The charging clamp broke first use. The charging clamps will not fit on the battery post. after putting the clamp back together the unit would not jump start my vehicle.

Went on a long vacation. When we returned, the car wouldn't start because we didn't shut the trunk door properly and the battery drained. The parking lot personnel jump started my car so that I could return home. I haven't had to use this item yet but I am SO glad that it is there just in case it is needed in the future. A small price for "piece of mind".
