This is a nice little machine. I set it up in my workroom with the bar raised, since I don't have a standing desk in the first place. Plus, I'm old, and I don't much want to stand all day, ya know? The bar is nice and that way I don't have to bother with using a remote to start/stop or change speed. The info about the machine says it measures speed in MPH. The display measures time, speed, distance, and calories burned. On the distance part of the display, it says KM. However, that doesn't make much sense. If I set it to my usual 4 MPH rate of speed, and walk for 30 minutes, the distance field says "2". That can't be possible in kilometers if the speed is in miles. Although it is printed as KM on the distance panel, it simply MUST be measuring in miles. For instance, if I were to walk FOUR miles in an hour, then I would walk TWO miles in a half-hour, right? And the distance display definitely reads "2". Maybe this is a one-size-fits-all panel face, saying KM for the rest of the world, but the machine itself is calibrated for orders from the crazy U.S. people (like me!) as mph. Who knows? I also notice others saying that the walking surface doesn't always track straight. Mine does the same. Rather than getting out the little hex wrench and trying to adjust it the way the instructions say, I simply lean to the side while walking and my feet will gradually force the surface back into the center. Leaning to the right forces it to gradually move left, etc. I walk like I drive... not always in the middle of my lane, LOL. It is a nice little machine, and I'm really happy with it. This treadmill is the perfect size for an in home gym. I purchased this treadmill because I wanted more opportunities for in home workouts. I am not an avid jogger/runner, but I would like to work on that. This treadmill is the bare minimum. Speeds up to six miles per hour, tracks your time, calories, and distance. There is no incline setting, but I don’t need that. There is both a bar or remote to power the machine. I used the bar this morning. There is a little “slot” on the bar to hold my phone and play my music. I've had this walking pad for a couple months now, I used it a minimum of 3 days a week, usually 5 days a week. I love it. Works smoothly, no issues. Make sure to use the silicone oil they give you to maintain it on a regular basis depending on how often you use it. Very easy to set up and use. My only complaints are the noise and length of the cord. The cord to plug it in is around 3-4 feet at the most, I use an extension cord to avoid this issue. The pad beeps when you press any of the buttons and when you start it up. It's not too noisy once it's running, but my dogs hate the sound when I turn it on so it's something to consider if you have pets or family that are sensitive to the noise. ... show more

this treadmill is awesome! it’s easy to assemble and the pink color is so cute. i did need to purchase an extension cord because the cord isn’t that long but that’s okay. the distance is not accurate though! normally i will walk a mile in about 20 minutes, but after 10 minutes it said that i was at a mile and a half, which is not how speedy i am lol. i want to say right off the bat that this is one of my favorite purchases of all time. there really isn’t much wrong with it! it’s quiet, efficient, and easy enough to move. i’ve spend a lot of time using it, and i’ve only had it for a couple days. the only critiques i have are that the distance is measured in kilometers, which i don’t really mind, but i didn’t see that specified on the product description, so buyer beware!! the other thing is that it’s very difficult to get the foldable bar screwed in tight enough if you have problems with grip/wrist issues. but maybe it’s just one of those things i need to get someone to help me with. overall perfect product for people who use imperial measurement with really good grip strength 👍 ... show more

This is something you would buy if you’re not use to workout and you are just starting to move. it does the work for normal paste walks but not for more than that. Belt moves a lot, and the handle doesn’t fold if you are trying to put it under the coach or bed you practically have to remove the bolts to fold it. Okay so my original plan was just to bring this out to my living room whenever I wanted to use it and then carry it downstairs to store in my l basement….. Yea so that plan was absolutely a no go! This thing is heavy and really not ideal to carry as there’s no where to hold. I don’t think it was intended for moving at all. I also don’t believe it was intended to be stood up to store. I mean I do it, but I don’t know if it’s the best thing. It’s also not the quietest, but I would assume most treadmills wouldn’t be too quiet. Overall I love it and am really happy with it, although I do wish it was lighter. I also wish there was a button to mute the unnecessary beeping start up sounds. But if you’re looking for a cheaper small option this is the way to go! I’m also very happy that I went with this one instead of the one that had no bar! The one without the bar was $224 whereas this was $254. For some reason, I knew I’d much prefer the one with the bar. Not only are you able to hold it if you need, but you can rest your phone on the insert to watch whatever. So that was definitely a feature worth paying extra for! ... show more

I use this for my standing desk to WFH. It is great for that, but is a bit heavy to move around. I don't like how you can't pause the walking time, so if you want to get off for a break you need to reset the whole time and it won't count your previous workout. But good for the price. I did my research to find a great treadmill I can put in front of the TV and walk instead of just sitting on the couch. I have to say I found the one!! It's easy to roll and store away as it is easy to bring back out. I use the bar, just in case I get distracted and it has a functional space to put your cell phone or remote.
