Did some custom work to make it be on the opposite side of what the images show for my personal purpose. I madenthis he'd with no instructions going solely off of the Amazon photos. Ordered new, the bed came with no instructions or labels that said how to assemble. I emailed the help like for the company , left a message on the Amazon page and called the companies supposed 24 hour help line and left a message with the site text robot. There was a section that said to give your email and product number to have instructions sent to your email. They never came. I was emailed back asking for the product number and photos to better help the situation to which I responded that the pieces came dusty with sticky residue as if previously owned, some pretty deep scratches and additional drill hole where it looked like someone had added a screw not in the original piece but that I just needed instructions as returning it would be a bigger hassle. No instructions sent even now 2 weeks later. Good price for the value as this doesn't seem to be a common issue in the reviews. Good size and appearance. Weight seems good ( 28 year old 150 lbs ) bed ladder only seems to shack a bit as there isn't a screw that attaches the top of the ladder that sits furthest from the bed leg post. Seems sturdy. The support beams for the bed to hold the mattress are covered in splinters on the one I got . So, if this is being bought with the intent of a child playing in the space below as it is advertised for I'd be mindful of that. Tldr: came with no instructions but easy to figure out and assemble regardless. Good bed otherwise. Splintered on underside of bunkbed so be wearyfor children . ... show more

so the screws and stuff all came stuffed in a ziplock bag, but they weren’t too difficult to differentiate. also didn’t get a manual, so i had to call and get one emailed. again, lukewarm, the lady’s customer service wasn’t bad but wasn’t the best lol. in any case i built the bed and it’s pretty nice 👍🏻 i probably wouldn’t buy from them again tho ... show more

When I first received the bed frame I expected it to be a big project. It took about 2 hours to install with the help of my husband and his brother. If you don't have the extra time to assemble it Screws. Let’s give up. Okay. In fact, we have prepared an electric drill so that it is much more convenient to tighten the screws. There is a little installation knowledge that I want to share with you. Please first place all the materials in a circle according to the assembly direction. It It will be very convenient for your next move. Mark them. Then there is a smart guy to help you. Hand over the screws. Hand over the board. Oh my god, that would be great if I had such a smart partner to help! I would never want to beat him up! Finally, I have a little suggestion. Please don’t let your partner try the load-bearing capacity of the bed frame. Because this bed frame is for children under 100 pounds! He will collapse the bed frame! ! ! Trust me.
