Description
The bridge fell/came loose out of box, is this normal? Bridges are detached for transit safety. Setup guide included inside the package. Strings snap easily during tuning? Extra spare strings come with each kit; tune gradually to avoid tension damage. Tuning pegs slip and cannot hold pitch? Push pegs inward firmly while twisting to lock tone steadily. Bow horsehair looks messy upon arrival? Trim stray hairs gently, then twist bow screw to tighten evenly. Item color and finish differ from photos? Minor shade gaps come from screen lighting; air out to remove new lacquer scent.
