Firstly, my bed was delivered before the actual time I asked for and the delivery person just left it sitting in front of my door while I was still at work. Thank God my Brother lives right next door and saw it sitting there because anyone could have easily come and taken it. Secondly the assembly of this bed was not at all easy in fact it took me many hours to put it together by myself. After completing the project I was very Happy with the sturdiness of the bed and Love how low it sits unfortunately when I plugged the light in to see how it looked I noticed that it was cracked. As much money as I payed for the bed and as much time I put into assemble it I was Extremely disappointed to find a Crack in the headboard light which I have posted. I would Greatly appreciate some kind of reparations. I don't want to send the entire bed back after the amount of time it took to assemble but maybe a partial monetary refund or something for this head board only seems fair.

The media could not be loaded. Package arrived damaged but nothing was damaged inside except 2 little dots as pictured in my ref photos at the bottom of the headboard not a problem becuase it is hidden.. I believe reviews with bad instructions or how long it took is stupid, if you are having a tuff time then it's you not the instructions, call a pro cuz clearly you are not cut out for it, I installed it while I was high as a kite with in 30mns ofcource using a drill. When you get to step 8 as you lay the wood brackets down and bolt em to the center then you have to secure outer edges with screws, MAKE SURE you are pushing in from outer edge to flush the planks with the inner frame prior to securing screws so it sits flush. Only part slightly hard to install, if you are installing by your self is the head board-took me like 5mns but if you have someone helping you hold it, it can be secured within 1minute. Do not over tighten or you may end up braking/cracking stuff. NOW over all I like the bed though it sits very low but I have little kids so that is not a concern. Parts feel lite and cheap but only time will tell how long they last though it says it can handle upto 900 pounds. I like the led lighting though I won't be using it as much( some what of an entertainment). It is pretty sturdy and can't go wrong for the price, mine is king size main reason i bought this bed frame. Product is as pictured except it looks alittle higher in presentation pictures. Overall I am satisfied. Will update if something goes wrong. Recommend buy if you thinking about it. (See my uploaded video) for finish product details.

Hard to put together because some of the instructions were vague. Put it together myself and tightened down with cordless screw gun to make sure it won’t get loose. Bed is for my 6’4’ linebackers sized teenage son so time will tell.

First a defective product was sent by the seller, without doing quality check. The bolt and the holes were misaligned, which compromised the structural integrity of the bed. There were missing parts as shown in the pictures, where I bought additional parts. It took lot of time to assemble it. When requested to return the item to seller because of the defects found during assembly, the seller only offered a very small sum as partial refund. The seller should do a thorough quality check before shipping the product in the first place. If you end up getting a defective product and end up finding defects when assembling it like it happened with me, the seller will offer you only a small sum for keeping its defective product and won’t offer to disassemble and pick up the product from your place. It was a horrible experience with this seller. Because this product was not sold by Amazon, therefore disassembly and pick up was not offered by Amazon. Beware of buying the product from this seller !
