The media could not be loaded. Package arrived damaged but nothing was damaged inside except 2 little dots as pictured in my ref photos at the bottom of the headboard not a problem becuase it is hidden.. I believe reviews with bad instructions or how long it took is stupid, if you are having a tuff time then it's you not the instructions, call a pro cuz clearly you are not cut out for it, I installed it while I was high as a kite with in 30mns ofcource using a drill. When you get to step 8 as you lay the wood brackets down and bolt em to the center then you have to secure outer edges with screws, MAKE SURE you are pushing in from outer edge to flush the planks with the inner frame prior to securing screws so it sits flush. Only part slightly hard to install, if you are installing by your self is the head board-took me like 5mns but if you have someone helping you hold it, it can be secured within 1minute. Do not over tighten or you may end up braking/cracking stuff. NOW over all I like the bed though it sits very low but I have little kids so that is not a concern. Parts feel lite and cheap but only time will tell how long they last though it says it can handle upto 900 pounds. I like the led lighting though I won't be using it as much( some what of an entertainment). It is pretty sturdy and can't go wrong for the price, mine is king size main reason i bought this bed frame. Product is as pictured except it looks alittle higher in presentation pictures. Overall I am satisfied. Will update if something goes wrong. Recommend buy if you thinking about it. (See my uploaded video) for finish product details.

This bed frame is not exactly what I expected when I ordered it. Number 1 thing I will tell you is to measure your mattress to make sure it will fit. I have a queen-size mattress from a name-brand manufacturer and it would not fit inside of the bed frame. Once I got this frame put together, the mattress was almost two inches too big to fit inside the frame. I ended up ordering a smaller cheap mattress and put this into the guest bedroom. I received this product in two different shipments which came on two different days, this was a chief complaint when I read the other reviews but it was not a big deal for me. Once I had everything delivered, I built the bed. I had zero issues with the build, the instructions were more than clear enough for someone without any skills to be able to build this bed and all of the hardware was available. The build was straightforward forward and there were not any missing pieces. There were a couple of bolts that the leather wrapping was covering the port, so I had to cut off the excess to get the bolt to thread in properly but this in my opinion is normal for cheaper furniture. Installing the lights in the headboard was easy but I am not a fan of the remote wire not having a dedicated port so you can turn the bed on and off. I ended up taping the wire to the top side of the headboard using electrical tape. The quality of this bedframe is ok, I would not buy this product again unless it was for a smaller child. After only a couple of uses by some of my guests, I have had to add a couple of cross braces to the frame to make it more sturdy as well as re-torquing the bolts back down. If you are wanting this frame as an adult to add a more modern touch to your room, I do not think this will hold up to the use and abuse of nightly use. This bed frame is great for a guestroom that is only used a few times a year.

Firstly, my bed was delivered before the actual time I asked for and the delivery person just left it sitting in front of my door while I was still at work. Thank God my Brother lives right next door and saw it sitting there because anyone could have easily come and taken it. Secondly the assembly of this bed was not at all easy in fact it took me many hours to put it together by myself. After completing the project I was very Happy with the sturdiness of the bed and Love how low it sits unfortunately when I plugged the light in to see how it looked I noticed that it was cracked. As much money as I payed for the bed and as much time I put into assemble it I was Extremely disappointed to find a Crack in the headboard light which I have posted. I would Greatly appreciate some kind of reparations. I don't want to send the entire bed back after the amount of time it took to assemble but maybe a partial monetary refund or something for this head board only seems fair.

First a defective product was sent by the seller, without doing quality check. The bolt and the holes were misaligned, which compromised the structural integrity of the bed. There were missing parts as shown in the pictures, where I bought additional parts. It took lot of time to assemble it. When requested to return the item to seller because of the defects found during assembly, the seller only offered a very small sum as partial refund. The seller should do a thorough quality check before shipping the product in the first place. If you end up getting a defective product and end up finding defects when assembling it like it happened with me, the seller will offer you only a small sum for keeping its defective product and won’t offer to disassemble and pick up the product from your place. It was a horrible experience with this seller. Because this product was not sold by Amazon, therefore disassembly and pick up was not offered by Amazon. Beware of buying the product from this seller !
