I've had this bed for about a week and it seems very sturdy so far. It is rather high with both the mattress and box spring on it but hey, it keeps me flexible when I have to crawl into bed at night. This came via FedEx and is in one box, which was very well packaged. It's definitely not a light box so we carried everything from the living room to the bedroom. You would otherwise need a dolly or just drag it if you can. I would recommend 2 people to put it together. Also, do not fully tighten bolts until you're completely finished with a section, as suggested. One part was a little tricky because of directions but we figured it out after a few minutes. The bed came with everything needed. I did eventually put each type of bolt in separate bowls and lined them up by size as the paper blister package was flimsy and bolts kept getting mixed together. I did freak out for a moment when the bed arrived because there were little pellets all over the headboard but it was a burst bag of clay dessicant. Also, since I know I'm allergic to bed bugs (I was exposed to them in a hotel years ago), I would say that after a week, this bed does not have bed bugs in it, as some other headboards seem to have based on reviews. If there are any changes in my thoughts on the bed, I will edit, but for now I would definitely recommend it. Update on 11/11/24: I moved on Labor Day and the bed came apart easily and put back together fantastic. It's still a sturdy bed with no movement or noise. I'd still recommend it - actually, I just did!

Had my King up for a couple weeks and am very pleased! Got the Cream, it's a fantastic almost-white color, not an Ivory as kinda pictured and imagined. I built it alone with zero difficulty or problems, and I'm a skinny disabled veteran lol. During assembly, I added an LED strip around the back upper edge of the headboard with a staple gun and this worked out amazingly. Used the "MAOXWY Led Strip Lights 19.7ft" here on Amazon. Mattress used is the 16in Ashley Signature King Hybrid, fits perfectly. Pros: extremely solid, by this I mean I cannot imagine any amount of "vigorous activity" that could loosen, squeak, or damage this thing. The headboard I found to be of perfectly fine height, both the headboard and footboard are beautiful. The holes all lined up fine for me, the directions state to loosely assemble everything but slats and then tighten down. I did that and it worked fine. Could be easily taken down into 5 or 6 main parts for moving: sides, back, footer, center support, and roll of slats. The velvet is super soft. Cons: there is a pretty strong chemical odor for the first few nights, is still noticeable a week or two later if you get close to the headboard. I didn't but if at all possible, you could unpack the box and air out the headboard and footboard for a few days in a guest room. A wonderful purchase and would buy again in a heartbeat. One of my best Amazon purchases.

We were looking for a king size bed that is bright, modern, and budget friendly. We looked for weeks, reading reviews to find the right bed for our home. Look no further. This is the perfect bed. It fits our room beautifully and the design is high end without breaking the budget. However, I want to be honest in this review. I'm very picky and didn't think this would end up as nice as it did but I had to trust the process. I suggest you use two people to put together as others have stated. The instructions were very clear and we had all items needed to put the bed together. It took over two hours for us as this may have been because we worked all day and came home tired. Pros: delivery came earlier than expected. Within 3 days of order. All parts were included. Instructions great. Material quality excellent. Cons: Assembly can take longer so be patient. Overall. We love this bed. Definitely recommend you buy it. We haven’t had a king size bed in years and for now so far so good.

I recently purchased a bed from [Company Name], and my experience has been extremely disappointing. While the bed arrived on time, it was poorly manufactured: the drill holes were in the wrong places, and the fabric was damaged due to careless drilling. I reached out to customer service through their website, expecting a response within 24 hours, but it took three days to hear back. In the meantime, I was left without a place to sleep since my mattress had already arrived. I ended up taking the bed to a cabinetry shop to have it refurbished and properly drilled, incurring additional costs. Despite these efforts, the company did not accommodate me or offer any kind of reimbursement or replacement parts. I ended up paying double for the bed, including delivery, and still faced issues with missing bolts that I had to source from a hardware store. Thankfully, the cabinetry professional was able to replace them, but this should not have been my responsibility. Overall, I do not recommend [Company Name]. Their lack of customer service and poor quality control make them untrustworthy. It feels like throwing money out the window. In addition, I highly recommend that the next time you need a bed, you visit your local furniture store or consider retailers like Bob’s, where you can get a quality product along with a warranty. Purchasing expensive items through Amazon can be very challenging; their claims process for items like these is difficult, and the furniture often turns out to be poorly manufactured. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reliable option for your furniture needs.

There are lots a reviews and pictures on the look, quality and the ease of putting the bed together. I will say that I am pleased with the bed, no complaints. However, I wanted to review the customer service. I ordered the bed and 2 days later it was on here for $50 cheaper. I reached out to the seller and asked if they could refund me because within only 2 days the bed was less. The response time was fast and they agreed that once I received the bed if I could let them know that I had received the bed with no issues, yes they would issue me a refund. They refunded the $50 with no issue once I confirmed that I had received the bed. Now the bed review. Those that say the bed sits low and the pictures are deceiving, the headboard isn’t as grand as the pictures show. The pictures are NOT deceiving, they give you the measurements. What you see is probably a standard 10” mattress and they don’t use a box spring. The headboard is 51.5”, so not even four and half feet people. So by adding a box spring or even a thicker mattress, you will sit up higher but that will also cover more of the headboard and potentially sit higher than the footboard. So pick and choose your battle 😁, do you want the bed/mattress to sit higher or do you want the appearance of a grandiose headboard. I chose to sit/sleep higher, my mattress is 14” and I added 9” box springs. I am still able to see enough of the headboard to my liking, besides once you add all of the pillows who really sees the headboard anyway😂. My daughter and boyfriend assembled the bed while I was at work, and they did run into a few issues. However the bed is beautiful in my room, just the perfect touch to my Queen’s Quarters (no longer called the Master Bedroom). I saw some reviews saying the bed was flimsy, well I can’t move the bed not even and inch. So that says to me that it is not flimsy. If I had to do it all again? Yes I would purchase this bed again or any bed from this seller.
