Pros: It looks great in my bedroom and I think it would look fine in most and it feels sturdy upon completion, but if it starts to feel wobbly going forward, I will update. Cons: Assembly was a pain, admittedly, I was putting it together in poor lighting, but the actual parts could have been better labeled. Some of the pictures were rather vague as to which way you need to have certain parts oriented, several parts I put together, had to be taken apart and swapped with the opposite side. Simple fix to this is labelling parts right or left, front or back. Additionally, the provided combo hex wrench/philips head screwdriver is awful for its intended purpose. Be sure to have a real screwdriver, preferably one with a skinny shaft as the space you have to screw in the small screws is tight, and the holes you're screwing into are not equally pre-drilled. It took a good amount of effort to get in some of the screws, but that was the most difficult part of assembly. Additional info that may a con to some: The drawers are not a simple push and pull, they need to be lifted to unhook from the latch on the frame, and if your bed sheets hang a little too low, you have to lift them so that they don't block the latch when pushing the drawer in. There is also no easy grip for lifting the drawer, you will either need to grab the drawer from the bottom or attach a strap for pulling up on the hook the goes into the latch. There is no rail system for these drawers, so you have to make sure they are straight when pushing back in to be able to lift and latch back to the bedframe. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Excellent bed... I was able to put it together by myself. My boyfriend joined in at the end to assist me with the drawers (just because he came over). It was NOT confusing at all. You should be able to put it together in 2 hrs or less. The packaging ๐Ÿ“ฆ was well put together to ensure that the product would not get damaged along the way. It's very sturdy and you do not need a box spring. There will be no old sounds coming from the bed. The drawers are huge and convenient. There is a latch to secure the drawers from coming out. Highly recommend for the price. It's worth it. I had it sitting in my cart for almost a year. I wished I would have bought it sooner. DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY NEGATIVE REVIEW. The media could not be loaded. Love this bed. It looks very nice and it seems very sturdy. I've only had it one day and I am very impressed. The only thing I would change is the height and the drawers. I wish it was built higher but I may can fix a little with a larger purple matress (I hope). Also, I wish the drawers were attached or slid into a built in slot but so far it hasn't been a problem. It took about 3 hours to put together with the drawers being the most time consuming. It is elegant and worth the purchase so far. Love it. One of the drawers came damaged but I've contacted the company about that. Hopefully, they will discount or send a new one.
