Only 2 issues and they are minor, One is that you can't have the heat without the vibration(i knew this before I bought) and the other is, the control cables need to be color coded, it only took about 15 min to figure it out. The only issue I had with the seller is that this comes in 2 boxes and chances are they won't be arriving at the same time. I read several reviews on this chair and was aware as with most furniture right out of the box there are some smells. 3 days in the garage with a fan on it, got rid of the smell. I don't count this as anything bad, it's just something you expect with a water repellant fabric, (it's just that camp-dry smell). I got several people of different weights and sizes up to 360 lbs and there is no time difference in lift time. My guess is it can easily handle another 200 lbs with no problem. After zip tying the excess cabling to the rear frame runner there is no way to get the cables into the moving portion of the frame. It is a very comfortable chair Just don't expect it to fit someone over 5'9" feet will hang over the footrest. Before buying this chair, I went to several brick & mortar stores and found that you pay on average 2X as much for half the chair. Rooms to go had the most similar chair for $800+ no vibe/heat/or cup holders but did have an electronically adjustable headrest. The fabric on this chair was much more durable than what I consistently found in brick and mortar stores. (microfiber or fake leather that only lasts about 2 years before it gets runs or flakes respectively) This also feels very sturdy.

Very simple to assemble. I am 72 yr old woman, it took me about a half hour. It comes in 2 boxes which were light enough for me to carry into the house. My husband who has limited mobility really likes the chair. The massage action is very good and the lift mechanism really helps him out of chair.

It's comfortable. It does exactly what it says. It arrived earlier than anticipated which was a really good thing. It was easy to put together. It's a little smaller than expected is my only issue with the chair.

I am downsizing my living room. This chair could be described as petite. It is a small version of a recliner, a mama bear chair. I am 5' 4 " and close to 200 lb, The chair is very comfortable for my size but unsuitable for my husband who is 6 foot and near 250. The seat is generous at 23 inches or so better then a first class airline seat, however the footrest does allow my heels to hang over. I bought the chair because of the Electric footrest. don't use the massage or heat much but I am surprised at how often I use the lift feature. works very well. If I had a chair custom built for me this would be it. I love it.

This company is awful they make it really hard for you to get your refund back I brought a chair I order the chair November for my elderly mother we received it in December she only got maybe three weeks use out of it into the modem just shut down and watch the video and it will explain everything else that happened after do not order any furniture from this company because if it breaks down they will not cover you nor will you get your money refunded and that's the honest-to-god truth

The chair arrived safely and in good condition and was well packed. The comfort is fair but could be excellent with a few improvements. This chair really needs separate controls for the back and legs. As is, if you want the back reclined slightly you have the leg rest elevating at the same time which makes for not real comfortable seating positions. The instructions for construction are the worst that I've ever seen. They are just a few poor small diagrams that are very confusing. The drink holders are a nice addition.

I LIKE IT BECAUSE IT RELAXES MY ACHING MUSCLES WITH ITS VIBRATIONS AND HEAT TO MY BACK. I USE THE CHAIR TO AWAKEN ME IN THE MORNINGS AND TO RELAX ME BEFORE GOING TO BED AT NIGHT. I HAVE IT IN MY BEDROOM FOR CONVENIENCE. HOWEVER IT IS ATTRACTIVE IN ANY LIVING ROOM DECOR. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. AT 88 YRS OLD I COULD NOT PUT THE CHAIR TOGETHER BUT WITH THE PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS MY DAUGHTER-IN- LAW WAS ABLE TO DO IT. ONE OF MY GREAT BUYS.

We purchased this chair for my mother in law. She is very petite and small. It is perfect for her size and weight! She fits right in it snug as a bug. She is only 4’10” so the seat is a perfect height for her to back into with her roller walker. The seat is also compact at 23” wide so she fits right in snuggly. The heater is great to keep her warm and all body massage is a bonus! She loves the plug for her cell phone charger too! I do not recommend this for someone very large as the chair could be rather a tight fit. My mother in law is just under 130 pounds. Anyone over 160 might find this chair too snug.
