Features

  • Intuitively Temperature Regulation: There's an easy-to-read thermometer on the door that can help you monitor the internal temperature during the barbecue process. Meanwhile, both sides of the charcoal smoker have four vents and you can adjust the firepower and control the smoking effect by opening or closing the vents.
  • Large Cooking Capacity: Our smoker is equipped with two grill nettings to provide you with plenty of cooking space. The grille is detachable and can easily meet your different barbecue needs. You can use grill netting to roast fish, meat, vegetables, or even a whole chicken. It's an ideal choice for your outdoor barbecue.
  • Convenient Double Door Design: Unlike other smokers only have one door, our smoker owns double door design. When you want to check the food or add the wood, you just need to open one door, which reduces the contact between charcoal and air, thus greatly improving the safety of barbecue and ensuring keep the food flavor.
  • Temperature Resistant Iron Structure: The overall frame is made of high temperature resistant spray-painted carbon steel. The chromium plated grills and brackets have a good thermal conductivity and shorten cooking time. Each door has a spring-shaped handle, which could effectively insulate the hot.

  • perfect for me
Color: Black
Honestly I accidentally bought it thinking it was electric. It was hard to get up to temp so I set to modify it. I put the L style smoke stack on it over the upper vent. then I bought a propane burner and put it in the bottom. Next I drilled holes in the charcoal pan. Then came the fun part, learning to use a smoker for the first time lol. I did research and used what I got, and with any modifications I needed I made it work for me. I've made a 8.5 lb briskets, and a 10lb pork shoulder, steaks and even hamburgers and chicken nuggets. I made it work and I made it mine. I wouldn't recommend to a beginner I would recommend to people who who use charcoal, or to someone handy and know how to make things work. It feeds my family and I, and I am glad I bought it. money can't make good food, skill does ... show more

  • The old Brinkman smoker
Color: Black
I ordered this to replace my 17 year old Brinkman. It looked close but I wasn’t sure based on pictures. It was identical! Went together easy. I did use RTV (for car gaskets) around the top door to tighten the seal. took 5 minutes, worth the effort.

  • Not the best bang for your buck
Color: Black
I recommend spending a little extra money for something built better. There are massive heat leaks around the doors and like many other reviewers I had to create a seal with RTV to prevent the heat loss. The design for the charcoal pan does not work well and I had a hard time getting the smoker over 200 degrees using it. Instead I just filled the bottom of the smoker with a charcoal pile and that finally allowed me to reach my desired Temps of 225-250 degrees. The thermostat also seems off, as smaller meat cooked faster than expected, however my brisket seemed to cook unevenly. The metal is decent quality and the smoker looks nice and lightweight. Plenty of placements for the racks. Poor design for the charcoal bowl as it does not seem to get adequate airflow or heat up enough. I'd say it would be good on a budget, but the extra cost of charcoal needed to maintain heat and RTV will add up to the cost of smoker that won't need these modifications. Once it is actually at temp, smokes well and created nice flavors. ... show more

  • Regret buying
Color: Black
Doesn’t got hotter than 200 degrees . My husband had to drill holes in bottom to keep heat to 200. Cooked a brisket for 10 hours and then had to put it in the crockpot for another 8 the next day. Waste of money!!!

  • Could be better.
Color: Black
It leaks a lot of heat and smoke. Had to add a lot of RTV silicone around door perimeter to help seal it up. It can be used as a smoker and/or a grill, which meets our needs.
