Bought the product last year and used it for about a total of five hours. Went to fire up this year and would not function. No gas flow going to the unit. Tried a different full tank, same problem. Tried contacting manufacturer, not so easy to do. I have not yet heard from anyone as to a fix or replacement unit. Finish off the unit very easily chipped and coming off. Finally heard from customer rep. Their solution was for me to buy a new unit at 10% off. ??

Didn't have any of the issues listed in the other comments. Box it came in was sturdy and well packed, filled up half my recycling bin when I cut it up and disposed of it. Bought a propane tank, hooked it up and off we went. Made a waterproof cover for it in lieu of the plastic one that came with it. Could have used half again more fire rocks, but don't think that will make a difference since we'll probably fill it with fire glass anyway. Good product, good value.

Yes it arrived fast! Looks great! Easy to assemble and it comes with the cord although it doesn't show it in the photos! We purchased this for our rental camper, hopefully it will be easy enough for our guests to use!

I hooked mine up to replace a crappy fake log pile that never looked good. They do skimp on the lava rock but oh well. I looked at the jet size on the piece I replaced and then just kept drilling the original propane jet until the flame was the size I liked. It has a control valve so you can adjust the flame if you get too crazy.
