This is fairly easy to install, and it makes entry to our house a breeze. My wife is particularly impressed with the fingerprint function because it relieves her of the need for keys and for remembering a code, although both will be useful as backup functions, along with the app. But we find the fingerprint function the star of this show for us.

I had not heard of Gosund but saw the product and was impressed with the capabilities advertised. I was a bit skeptical but I thought let me try. It exceeded all my expectations. Took 10 mins to install and within minutes it was operational. Setting fingerprint and code was super easy. I have been using it for over a month now and like it a lot. I would recommend this product to anyone without hesitation. I am also planning to try their other home automation products.

I had the K10 model for almost a year and it has worked flawlessly! I upgraded to the K10PRO model which has a keypad! Yes! I'm so happy to have this additional feature. I noticed there are some reviews with 2 or 3 stars because the door knob beeps every time you touch it. Well yeah, initially it does but you can turn that off within the app after setup. Ridiculous reviews in my opinion. I give the Gosund K10PRO model with 5 stars! A++ M~

From the Inside it is difficult to see the status of the lock because the thumb knob is black on black and the other controls are low. It would be really nice if the thumb knob was of some other color and or be fluorescent.
