Okay..ordering and delivery were good. Assembly was some work with realtively poor directions. 5 pages...the first showing 4-5 things, second maybe 8+ items, 3rd maybe 12 items and more until page 5 showing " way too many" items. The last 2 pages are way too busy. Make 2 more pages and simplify each. The main roller assembly piece is quite heavy and no where in the assembly directions does it state when or how this piece goes together. It's a joke really.....but I figured it out with a few backup and re-install movements. Machine is not nearly quiet.....rubbing sounds when used at leg press. Overall it's a fairly good machine....which it was more quiet though. ... show more

After putting it together I already started my journey. The instructions took some thinking but machine turned out nicely. I recommend this small business. Now to get these legs toned.
