Packaged up very well! Styrafoam & cloth bags to protect all the parts & cotton gloves to handle the parts! Showed up 2 days earlier than planned. No damages. The provided allen key fit 4 of the 6 screws. The seat pad screws did not match the allen wrench. I have my own anyway. I would've liked 2 washers for the seat pad screws. No big deal. Make a note in the directions which is the front side of the sissy bar. I figured it out. It is much easier to attach the mounting plates on to the Harley FIRST. Then attach the sissy bar to the plates with the screws. Put all the screws in partially before you tighten them up. I used blue loctite on mine. Over all, Great product. Great packaging. Quick delivery. Lots of compliments. Very unique from everyone elses back rest.

After not properly reading the well reading instructions the first time around I had no issues installing the sissy bar. Which I could have gotten it in a taller height honestly. Solid product, with a passenger it doesn't move at all, I know this one is going to be put on another bike.

I was concerned that it wouldn't fit. I have a 2016 Harley Street Glide Special and the darn thing fit. It's a little snug, not so easy on and I haven't tried off yet but I got it on and thats where it's staying. I wanted to take my bike out for a spin as soon as I was done getting the sissy bar on but I will have to wait lol. I love it though, it is awesome.

Perfect fit for a 2011 road king custom. This is not for comfort, it is for looks. The pad is small and not good for long rides. I bought for looks only.

Looks great and solid. Had small chips on paint up top. See pics. Spacers have to be trimmed some. But not too much. After shaving spacers. It looks good. Minus the paint chip on top from shipping. Don't like the hassle of repacking and returning.
