Ordered this brasier pan on Nov. 4 after "shopping" and comparison. A long awaited purchase to be used in upcoming holiday food fests. On Nov. 16 th I fell and broke my arm in 2 places. I Never was able to use my great new pan until last week - Feb. 6. I was able to cook a pan of favorite comfort food....finally. To my complete horror the interior finish had come loose -popped off- in 2 places during the cooking process. The pan was pre-washed by me before use and only nylon or wood tools were used during cooking. Now I find that the company will no longer stand behind the quality of their product as of the end of 2019. What kind of customer service and product endorsement is this?

Well received this Dutch Oven and I was prepared to love it. Opened the box, weight was perfect. Took off the lid and there it was, a chip on the inside finish. Now I read all the reviews and saw that quite a few people complained of the same problem but when I looked at the date I thought well that's been several years back and surely they have corrected the problem. NOT!! The manufacturer apparently does not care that there are problems with this product. Really unfortunate because I definitely would NOT recommend buying this pan until this problem is corrected.

Pan did not keep nonstick finish and I don’t know if this one is defective perhaps. I guess I must contact the manufacturer correct?

I use dutch ovens for bread baking, and I already have a round one for round loaves. I wanted one to make oblong loaves. I didn't want a cast iron one, they are just too heavy and too high maintenance. This one is perfect! Very easy to clean, lightweight, and I love the blue color. Seems very well made. LOVE

I got the yellow 4.5qt round pan. Its aamazing. Cooks very similar to cast iron but its nonstick, easy to clean, and lightweight. I was tired of my wife bugging me to move my big heavy black cast iron pan that lives on our stovetop because it gets used everyday. So I decided to try something new, and so far I love it. And my wife is much happier with the yellow pan left on the stove.

This pot is wonderful. It looks just like the $300.00 pot; but it only costs a fraction of the price! It also weighs of fraction on its weight. It performs beautifully. I only use wooden utensils when I am cooking in the pot. It is a beautiful addition to my kitchen.
