I am in deep like with this pot/pan. It so much lighter than my cast Iron which as im getting older, is getting harder and harder to handle. The finish is totally non stick and cleanup is a breeze. It is a very good looking pot. I enjoy having it in my kitchen. However, the weight is a bit too light for me. I noticed that it is cast aluminum & not cast iron pot. I need to get used to the concept.
