Had zero problems got the house and deck cleaned up nice, use non ethanol gas in this or rec fuel so it lasts longer. My only complaint is to fill the oil it’s at a weird angle to fill and had to lift it up on one side to fill so that’s dumb where they put the spot to fill oil imo and i own a lot of small gas powered lawn equipment and they got it wrong when they designed it to fill at an almost 45 degree angle. Otherwise it’s nice and I’d buy again seems to work great ran it 3 hours straight without any issues, attachments are great and hose is long enough. My wife was able to use the pressure washer without any problems so that’s another plus because it’s user friendly and starts up on first pull usually and not a hard pull so women can easily start it and not a puzzle for them. ... show more

    • works your arms and nothing else
the manual tells me to start the thing using manual for motor. the manual for the motor was for 3 other models. i still tried it using the switches i had (choke and gas and on/off). wouldn't start. turned water off and on and didn't start. i seem to be batting 1000 today. got two orders and neither worked. there's a coupla hours i won't get back... update- don't bother trying to call the company. seems to be a no-show. ... show more

Edited: soooo, i let the pressure washer sit in the garage all summer. Recently I needed to use it for a clients house before painting and so i started searching, what i found is that it's a pump that broke, ordered the pump, when I finally received the new pump I decided that the directions were simple enough I'm going tonfix it myself, then I did. Point of the story is you have to run water thru the lines before starting the motor........i changed my rating from a ⭐️⭐️ to a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ .....That is all. I purchased this item in May I used it to pressure wash my house, worked well. Then, on a different day I pressure washed my driveway, worked well. Then I pressure washed my car, worked just fine. Took it to a client's house and washed her house and porch, did pretty good, I am a female and I was able to lift into and out of my escape without help so the weight was not too heavy. Took it to another clients place and no pressure. Waterhose pressure is all I can get. Hopefully it's something easy and I can fix it but I shouldn't have to fix something after 4 uses. ... show more

Super powerful, great motor technology, a little bit finicky but take your time setting it up too.     • Don’t be influenced by “BRAND”
Arrived well packaged and undamaged. The engine appears to be that of a well known manufacture type that you see on most pressure washers as well as other equipment of the same HP range. The pump unit is not as robust as those on the industrial grade units which, the price would much higher. Note that pressure without GPM would take forever to accomplish any work and with that in mind, this washer is on the lower end of the purchasing range. My prediction is the pump will be the weak link which, I have an extra. However, so far so good! ... show more

    • List of items included with pressure washer not complete
Didn't receive everything listed in included items in Box, Most importantly The container of Engine Oil was not included. There was also a fitting attached to the water inlet of the pump that looks like a quick connect fitting but is much bigger than the rest of the fittings. the correct quick connects on the spray wand and hose is 1/4 to M22. The fitting on the water inlet is 3/4 male screw-in adapter to what looks like either 3/8 or 5/8 male Quick connect. Does not match anything on this pressure washer. Seems kinda odd. If anyone knows what this could be used for, Let me know. Update: Have assembled and tested pressure washer, Starts pretty easy and runs well. Has much more pressure at the wand than expected. I’m not easily impressed by things like this but it definitely has my attention. My biggest question is how long will it last before repairs will be needed, with proper maintenance done as required. At this point I would give it a solid 8 out of 10 based on performance and ease of use. Update: It's now December and I've tried using pressure washer a few more times over the summer and fall. Main Complaint is Motor is extremely hard to start, When it runs, it runs well. Getting it to run is a another issue all together. Will check to see if adding electric starter is an option. ... show more
