So far so great!! I just received my beautiful geek chef air fryer! I used to own the Cuisinart and this one is slightly larger, quieter, very sturdy with nice thick and durable trays and a sleek design. I’m in love with the look and even more in love with the performance! My bagels were beautifully toasted this morning. I made chicken bites and french fries and quarter pound beef hotdogs for lunch and everything was perfectly done, no mess. For dinner tonight I made chicken wings and roasted vegetables and everything turned out perfect in my new air fryer! I love that it’s a little wider and more depth than the Cuisinart which stopped working after 14 months! And the only thing Cuisinart offered me was a 10% coupon toward my next item. HA!! This machine is much more quiet and so far so great! I will update my review in a few months….

First one lasted 2 months and then the function knob stopped working properly, some functions worked but toast was completely broken and sometimes other functions would require 'jiggling' the knob to get the oven to run. I contacted the seller, after some back and forth and pictures (see attached photo showing knob in toast position, light on but power light on the left not illuminated and no heat). They sent a replacement, which arrived yesterday (2/13/22). There was no sign of damage to the box or the packing materials, however the oven itself had 2 dings on the top left and right. Additionally the rack would not site in the grooves, somehow the oven was damaged in a way that moved the inside part outward. The styrofoam packing seemed undamaged, so I can only presume damage happened at the factory prior to packing. Customer service has been great, they're going to replace again. I'll update this review after I've either had a working oven for 3 months, or given up on this item. I'm giving this 3 stars, while it worked it worked well enough. Maybe the third time will be a charm. Update 2/16/23: 1 star, customer service is falling apart. They wanted to send me a 'new rack that will fit' when the problem is the interior of the oven is bowed out. A wider rack will not fit as the oven opening is the correct width, rack slides in but as soon as it's fully in the oven it drops. The baking pan/trip tray have the same exact problem. Update 2/27/23: So far so good, third unit appears to be in good shape and functional. Customer service was a bit of a challenge to deal with. When they say they're going to send another unit, it doesn't seem like they even try until you ask about status later. So you need to stay on top of them. Now I have 3 units, 1 that seems to work except toaster. One where the interior is damaged so that the trays will not stay up.. and one (that latest) that seems to be fine so far. If this last one fails, I give.. I'll buy a more expensive unit from a more reputable manufacturer. I've set myself a reminder to update this in a year. Update 4/24. The last replacement is failing. The function knob doesn't work reliably, I have to switch it around..sometimes all the way to one end and back to get the function I want to actually work. Pretty much just junk. If you get one that works longer, consider yourself lucky.

The air fryer countertop oven looks good. It's easy to clean, so I think it will continue to look It's best. This is our first air fryer, so a few recipes to demonstrate how to use it would have been nice. We did make the best, easiest chicken wings! I was so excited to use it more! But, when it cooled and I moved it back to its storage space, I noticed a yellowish mark under the oven on my quartz counter. It looked like a burn mark. I was able to wipe most of it off, but a light stain remained almost yhe width of the oven. I was so upset. The next day it was still there. I used a little cleaner with bleach and the rest seemed to come up. I'm not sure why, but won't use the oven until I know why and how to avoid it happening again.

Not built to last. I had high hopes for this one. All functions work great. Toasts, air fries crispy, oven almost as good as a floor oven.... until it breaks down. And it breaks down fairly quickly. And it breaks down in parts. Maybe at most 3 months after we started to problems. We were very careful. We never put anything on top of it. Always had it at the edge of the counter so the back and the sides were not crowded. We gave it it's own outlet. Everything it says in the care and maintenance manual we did. First, the knob started malfunctioning. Then bake and air fry functions stopped working, then it shut down completely. Customer service was great. They replaced the unit. And even when the shipment got lost, they sent another. Unfortunately, that one didn't last much longer. Same maintenance, same problems. That one conked out too. Customer service was great again. Sent us a new unit. Guess what? That one broke down also. They're not built to last. Our use was basic. 3-4 times a week. Mostly toast or warm up food, the occasional fries and nuggets for the kids. Nothing crazy. The units just fell apart. Service was great, just not a good product.

The media could not be loaded. I love that this can cook a whole frozen pizza in half the time listed on the pizza box instructions! Pictured is an 11" pizza but this air fryer could fit a 12" pizza or possibly multiple pizzas at one time on the different racks. That beats heating up the entire oven especially on a hot day! We've also cooked mini frozen pancakes in it since they fall through the regular toaster and get really hot in the microwave. The toast feature is nice on.this air fryer but for regular toast I still prefer our normal toaster because it's a lot faster. This is great so far for our needs! The timer is pretty loud when it goes off which you can hear at the end of the video I posted, so that's either good or bad depending on your needs.
