I purchased brand new. When it arrived. I charged for a full charge, before initial use. Did not used for more then one hour, it dropped power to half. I shut it off, next day I turned it on and showed 17% power left. I returned it but will reorder it to give a fair try. Glitches can happen.

This a great introductory Bi-Directional Diagnostic Scanner. I use this thing everyday. Whether I'm doing a diagnostic scan and looking at live data to resetting a maintenance service reminders. It small enough to not be cumbersome when moving around the shop to different vehicles and doesn't take up as much box top space. The screen is very easy to read and for those vehicles with lots of systems in the topology you can zoom in and out. VCI connects quickly to the tablet once plugged into the vehicle. You can save scan reports and then either print them out via Wi-Fi or even email them direct from the device. You can also customize the report with a company logo if you have one and your contact information. I have had this thing for almost a year at this point and have not regretted the purchase since. There have been daily updates to the various vehicles and functions in the last few months and they are constantly making improvements to the device. ... show more
