didnt come with earcups! and they are connected to someone elses Apple ID. UPDATE- spoke with support staff who were very responsive and friendly and told them about the issue. I had told them I bought a set of replacement ear cups and they were nice enough to refund me the money plus a little extra used to purchase them. Ear cups arrived next day and installed and reset the AirPods and connecte them to my account. They work perfectly as described and there’s no scratches on them at all. Good customer service but I still don’t know why they didn’t come with ear cups ... show more
