My partner and I love playing crane games so I wanted to gift him one (and add our own spin) for Valentine's Day. I really appreciate that you can actually change the volume of the music! I've looked at other crane machines and they all complain about how loud their machine is, but this one is adjustable and manageable. It's also definitely easy to use for kids and adults alike. My issue, however, is the fact that the front panel/screen is incredibly scratched up and upon opening my box, I noticed that the tape had already been cut. I highly suspect that my item was a return and Amazon/this company sent it out as it still worked. When playing in low lighting, the scratches are 100% obvious with the blue lights and make it difficult to see the prizes. I would have returned this for a new item, but I bought this ahead of time and didn't look at it until it was too late to return/speak to the seller. All-in-all, definitely a great product if you manage to get a new one! ... show more

bought for my 7 year old for Christmas. it's a hit with kids of all ages but do not leave unsupervised as the balls the toys go in/the toys are not safe for small children. it's still working and have never had problems with it. would highly recommend.

My 4yrs old loved this toy. He felt so accomplished when he got all the toys out. It came with more than enough toys. Because of how small the claw and the container is, you can only have it 1/4th full. Otherwise the claw will get stuck and it wont work. I like the extra toys because with little kids these toys go missing. I would hate to have to buy another machine because of the toys. Also the best thing about this is you can adjust the volume.
