Has worked great for a few weeks now. No issues. A few months ago, I bought a similar style kids safe, but a different brand. It didn’t last 1 week before the motor stopped working and the combination kept defaulting to 0000. My 6 year old son was very disappointed. This safe seems to be better made and lasting longer. He also likes the different music it plays. I had no idea that was a feature, but I guess that’s just icing on the cake.

The media could not be loaded. My 6 year old has been using this for about 9 months. So far it’s been very durable with constant use and no issues with battery life, resetting passcodes, or functions not working. The instructions are very easy and it’s simple to reset the lock if you forget the code. The only complaint is the sound is very loud and the voice setting feels a bit too robotic (see video). But you can change the settings to be just sounds. You can insert bills and coins, which is one of my child’s favorite parts. We’ve used it as an educational toy to teach them about saving money, so good values all around!

Great piggy bank for my 10 y/o. Simple to use. My only qualm is that it is possible too easy to change the passcode. I was hoping to give my kiddo some sense of privacy/security for the things (mostly money) that she doesn’t want her siblings getting into. This initially worked, until said siblings realized how easy it is to reset the code. 😅 Gotta love siblings… right? Anyway, this would work well for a kid surrounded by people who respect boundaries lol. She still loves this and uses it daily, but understands that it’s security is basically an illusion.
