You really can't beat these. We have them at school in the special ed department, 18+ ages, and nearly all the students use them, even it it's just looking at them. My 3 yr. old and 7 yr. old grandsons play with them very consistently. They make a satisfying click when they join, you can look through the pretty colors, and you can make anything, or nothing at all and just enjoy the sensory experience.
